Apple Credit will not help restore the 6 points to my credit score. Instead, Im told Im on my own to fix it. Its very hard to reach credit bureau.
User's recommendation: Do not accept false ads from Apple for a credit card. Ads are a misrepresentation or fraud.

I pay for Apple Music and I did not receive the service there's a confusion here about me canceling Apple one simultaneously paying for more storage space and then Apple Music and I'm not receiving any of the services I paid for

O lock an iPhone 6
I started my phone service with att then I switched to cricket. I left cricket as well and moved to another company. The thing is I needed to unlock my old device and ask cricket. They sent me with att. Att simply said it was not their issue. It was Apple issue.

I updated my Apple ID and it will not update in the settings
I changed my Apple ID to my current email address. It wouldnt update in settings. I googled and followed steps from Apple and it didnt help. However, thanks to pissed consumer I was able to actually talk to an agent from Apple and he walked me through every step. Resolved.

Terrible product support
Our phone had a broken screen. It would be a week to get an Apple appointment T-mobile suggested going to Best buy, They said it would be 2-3 weeks. went to a Mom and Pop shop at the suggestion of T-Mobile. 6 months later screen jams and wont work, Go to apple store and the say to will require another appointment in 2 weeks as the they do not have the part and it will cost $200 because the screen is not authentic Apple screen, so the Insurance will not cover it. NEVER EVER Will I buy ANY Apple product for the rest of my life.

Hacked issue
Emails attached to my Apple ID. My account is attached to a business account which was added on fraudulently. Now the person/persons have complete control over my account. They have blocked me from updating my software, restricted me from receiving messages and email, and phone calls, impersonated to be family and friends through text messages, also have hacked many of my accounts as well as accounts on my sons iPad. This has impacted my life in a very negative manner and has caused marital issues.
