Why do you suck so badly now? personally I own three laptops air, 11, 15 inch and have been a laptop owner since the black case of old. I own a desktop with a motherboard that no longer works, my 3rd apple desktop. I have own a 4s, 6s and my kids both have 5c's. countless ipods, *** apple tv etc. I'm done with you. I've purchased two sub par ancillary products from your store, that just sit. I'm sick of paying your *** monthly fee's for storage, being help hostage my your *** crossover rip off platforms icloud, email, itunes BS keeping my devices and content hostage. Hiding buttons so your customers data usage skyrockets. Shame on your nickel and dime money grubbing policies. I won't even bring apple care and your 70$ deductible on an iphone - 10% deductible ... you really take your customers for every dime possible. I have lost all my videos because of your *** archaic archiving system, that is only in place to ensure wasted storage space and increased fee's can't use my phone, can't turn off icloud without losing information, cant sync simply to back up, ALL MY VIDEOS ARE LOST. Thanks Apple, I hate microsoft products, but I have never hated a company more than you. I leave you in the graveyard with all your *** broken products and foxxcom employees. Fake policies, fake corporate aura, it's fitting that you are produced in china. Our future has nothing but supporting any class action lawsuit and some viral videos of your products. Unless you have a good explanation to my first question.

Just been to the Apple Store in Braehead Glasgow with my Powerbeats 2 headphones - purchased in June 2015 - the bud housing on the left side has broken off. Feedback from the Store is i broke it so my problem, not theirs. I know that the headphones suffered no shock or damage to cause the failure but i was effectively told i was a liar and it would cost £82 to repair. I have been involved with Apple for the last 35 years and this is a very disappointing stance from Apple and i would certainly not put my own personal integrity at risk to obtain a replacement pair of headphones. I feel extremely indignant on this matter and i will pursue the matter through MasterCard and also Apple.

My iphone6 would shut down when the temperature is 0 centigrade. I was wondering how Russian use iphone! I strongly recommend Apple to increase the performance of the batteries since it is very critical to the user experience and many cellphones perform much better than iphone with a cheaper price. Iphone 5S Review

Apple has taken upon itself to disable my phone because of 6 passcode attempts. Now all of my very previous videos are lost and the company will not allow me to retrieve them. It should be MY choice if I want my phone disabled after passcode attempts NOT Apple. I own the phone an have the right to get my data back!!!

Ipad Mini 2 Broken Glass

I sent the Ipad Mini 2 for repair to apple because of broken glass. While making a ticket (it was still under warranty) they downloaded software to my ipad and it found problem with battery. I made notes in the ticket to give me an estimate for broken glass. They sent a box and I sent the ipad there - without any communication they sent the ipad back saying physical damage which was my complaint formt he beginning. After contacting support I was told it was my fault since I made the ticket the wrong way and the notes WERE not read by support. They quoted me $220 for cracked glass which is the price of the new ipad mini 2. They also would not repair the battery unless the glass was replaced. What a bunch of loosers. Last Apple product ever.

My family and I have faithfully purchased nothing beyond Apple for everything from iPhones ,iPads to iMacs and MacBooks . Have had 25 years dedication with ATT and the last 8 years my (4-5) lines of service costing over $350-400 month have been 100% all Apple iPhones. Years back I had a service issue with a warranted iPhone and at that time the support person kindly handled my extreme stressful situation . Upon my explaining we live out in the country with the nearest Apple Store over 2 hours away , the support person was kind of enough to send me a replacement next day along with self labeled return box which immediately upon receiveing replacement phone I sent back the faulty phone and all worked great. Well not so great this time. I did a next plan with my line 4 months back ( sadly no more 2 year upgrades all lines are now part of the next ( above retail marketing planing $$) anyway , substantial issues four months later. Phone is iPhone 6. The screen will not respond to any touch at all. Unless I continual push off button multiple times and re-enter password etc so as to achieve 1-3 characters till I click off and repeat each time . Many times the phone when clicked on will rapidly scroll and randomly call multiple numbers ( embarrassing .. Followed with flipping thru tons of websites ( I never used ) auto filing passwords till I am locked out of accounts . I also noticed my screen on the bottom edge is loose and pops in and out when touched. Contacted Apple support ( Kevin ) even after explaining my serious issue with trouble driving more then a couple miles let alone 2 hours each way to the nearest Apple Store which he stated was once option and the second option was to send in my phone and after a week or two when replacement arrives . I clearly informed Kevin that my business lines are sll connected to my cell phone and one day of loss use would financially devastate my families living exspenses for over a month due to the loss of work . Anyway it's been many weeks and I am not able to ,ale the drive nor do I sadly have another method to get there and all along I am substantially making each call or contact use exceed 30-45 minutes compared to the normal 1-3 minutes needed. First the upgrade option is stripped from the very loyal clients like myself ( 25 years ) to no longer run downtown to bestbuy or radio shack etc to replace any of the 4-5 lines constantly in use. The biggest insult and let down is the failure to offer to send a replacement phone so as not loose my job over the rediculous greed of demanding all replacements be suspended at all local stores( Walmart , best buy etc) to be told to travel 2-3 hours to a closest Apple Store. Let alone the previous method where I was never without a phone at all . Quite convenient that to purchase any Apple phone can be immediately performed at all local box stores. Just the service and warrant issues is where Apple has decided to totally insult and loose many many long term commited clients. My phone is under full warranty woohoo. Try to have anything remotely convenient for a solution. Won't happen. Same issue with my MacBook I purchased 6 months ago and the last 3 months have had major password issues and absolutely I contacted support . Still without that MacBook as well.

*** poor customer service, impossible to book 'genius' actually, thickie bar appointment. I went, just to be told they wouldn't look at my phone as I had the screen replaced. Had Apple charged a reasonable price for screen replacements and had I been able to book repair, I would have gladly used them. I've had enough of poor support and lock in, I'm going android.

Can no longer play my purchased music on iPhone

Since the last iTunes update, I can no longer play songs I previously PURCHASED from the iTunes store stored on my iPhone 5s. The new music app only allows me to play a small subset of my purchased music via either WIFI or connected via my data plan. This really angers me. I feel Apple is trying to force me to take their new Apple music plan of $10 per month which I have no interest in. Pissed off Dave

Couple of months ago, I have purchased new iMac and additional Thunderbolt screen. ( BTW, this is my 10th iMac) Now, my Thunderbolt screen is black when I turn on my computer. After several calls to Apple care, we discover that port on my computer is not good. They cannot help me if I do not ship computer back to them so they can fix it and that would leave me without computer for 2 weeks. I cannot afford not to work for 2 weeks! Other option is to take this computer to the Apple store and that would be even worse! Last time when I went to Apple store, young girl at Manhattan beach store refuse to help since they were to busy that day. Believe me that was terrifying experience since iMac is heavy and parking lot is really far away. Also, when you take computer to Apple store to be fixed they usually take at least week to have it fixed. And that is again 7- 10 days for me without being able to work. Outrageous! After so many years of working with iMac I will have to switch to PC!

Apple only will have a mail-in option for the portable computers. An onsite is only available if you are in North America and you have the AppleCare for the iMac purchased already and registered on your product. A carry-in is the only option weather that's to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Not sure what you expect them to do---come out to your home to fix it? That ain't gonna happen.

You should always have a spare computer to use in cases like this.

Just go buy a spare one and use it till the other comes back from repair. This is not rocket science!

Apple Disabling My Phone after missed Passcode Submission

I change the passcode on my Apple Iphone periodically. Last evening, I changed the passcode (wrote it down in my tablet) and ended up being locked out of my phone because it did not recognize the new code.. After trying six times to access the phone it was completely "disabled". I immediately called Apple support and they refused to assist. I went to the Apple store this morning and they would not assist either. Their only option is to completely wipe out all of my data including my pictures/videos taken of my family over the last 4 years. This was devastating!! I began to research Apple's ability to lock me out of a phone that I OWN and found thousands of complaints if not millions over the last 5 years. They claim that it is for "security" reasons but I have a right to get my data back. This is a civil rights issue for anyone that owns an Apple product. They made it very clear that my data is still residing in the phone but they have a firewall set up to totally shut it down if customers forget a passcode. Banks have alternatives when passwords are forgotten why shouldn't Apple? Since I own the phone it should be my civil right to have the disabling device removed immediately. I am not comfortable with being forced to ERASE four years of wonderful memories with family and friends because of Apple's burdensome security measure. I will not stop my fight until I get my access back to data that I own. Finally, Apple does not provide any prior notification that your phone will be disabled forever. Apple customers confronted with the same dilemma have absolutely no recourse.

Apple customer care erased all my photos and apps

I wonder what the point of ringing Apple care was. Their incompetent advisors created one problem after the other. I first rang in for advice to free storage, and the consultant led me through the steps to move pictures to the Cloud. Once I hung up, I had more storage but my pictures were not on the Cloud. This led to eight subsequent calls to recover my photos, and step by step the reckless people that call themselves care specialists deleted my apps and music with the idea of restoring a back up. I am terribly upset and these heartless Apple care people don't bother to follow up or return calls. Horrible customer service and I wont be purchasing another Apple product

Why did Apple stop making batteries for the older Mac Book ??????????

I bought a Mac Book before I retired now I am retired and have time to use it but , I can not get a battery for it . The reason I bought it was because it is a lap top . Apple makes enough money so why can't they stand by all of their computers and give people what they need . My computer is still working and I take good care of it so why am I unable to get a battery for it ?This makes me a unhappy with apple . They are not standing by their computers and letting people get what they need to keep them happy .I feel like this is a money making scam . If I am unable to get a battery this is telling me to buy a new computer that I don't need .

External batteries are obsolete, Apple as well as other companies stop manufacturing parts after several years, 5-7 for Apple specifically.

Getting a battery for pretty-much anything is usually just a matter of going to Amazon.com or doing a web search for the specific brand and model number of the battery. I have been able to find batteries for all of my older electronics somewhere on the web, usually at Amazon.

I have an original Panasonic VHS camcorder I bought a battery for just last month. The machines was made in 1985!

Do some searching and someone, somewhere will have what you need. But, do try Amazon.com first.
