There are no words strong enough to express my feelings about this particular Apple Store and the management. We were there for about four hours bc the phone I was going to buy did not work out of the box.
The management was ridiculously dismissive and he actually tried to tell me what I never said.
Im not mentioning his/they/them name but it rhymes Dave, just switch a few consonants.
Never ever have I or my husband been treated so poorly by a retail manager. He just would not stop talking when I asked him to please stop. He needed to say the last word until he called it and we left with nothing but my original phone which was wiped. He never took accountability or any concern at all.
Not once, except to put words in my mouth.
We will never return to this shop. If you want to get amazing customer service, go to the Raleigh shop. If you choose to go to the aforementioned shop, be prepared to not get dinner, not get a new phone, and horrible experience in Southpointe. They managed to upset us so much, I was throwing up.
No joke.
What has happened to the days of quality help vs insolent behavior. Just dont do it and if you do, bring an air sick bag.
I wish you luck in replacing your phone. Luckily, our cellular carrier sells the exact same phone. Road map your time as well.

I have tried and to cancel through I Tunes..no one at Apple can help me..I want sign up the thru WEIGHT Watchers .com instead..well I did cancel through you but for some reason it is not going away..
