Defective product

Purchased Apple computer 75 days ago from Best buy. Screen cracked. Best buy said no exchanges, call apple. Called Apple they said no replacement. It's a brand new computer under warranty. There are a million like new refurbished Air Mac books on groupon. In my opinion Apple knows these are defective. They break and get refurbished. Apple has really changed and in my opinion is now low quality and uncaring.

Customer service

I went to the store to pick up a product and my sister was facing problem with her iphone 11 i told the man that please have a check and he was not ready to listen he was being very rude with me n my sister.. We can afford to buy an apple product that means customer service should also be good i was not expecting this kind of service from the apple team.... (Mr.sumair Uddin) he was sitting at the desk and dont know the area exactly but i hope you will find him. Peanuts holiday shows

I am writing on behalf of all the people who cannot download or stream Apple TV. It is terrible that the only way to watch the peanuts holiday shows is thru apple tv. They are a part of our culture i have watched them since I was little and i am 63 now my granddaughter will not be able to watch them on tv SHAME ON APPLE per your web site customers come first i guess only customers come first

New Iphone is largly unusable

When I got my new IPhone, the AT&T clerk assigned a disabled Apple ID to it. There is no way you can remove a disabled Apple ID account from your phone. Apple support says they are unable to help and that I need to have a proof of purchase and visit ACTIVATION LOCK at Apple support to resolve the issue. The only thing I can do with the new phone is call and text. All the icons (are Apple), the App Store and ITunes are denied me because of the disabled Apple ID on the phone.

Buyer Beware - Apple stole my iPad that I paid for. NO NOTICE OR WARNING!

Paid for my iPad. I did not and do not use or connect my iPad to the cloud. I connect to Wi-Fi only twice a week maybe. After five years my operating system was too old to connect to the internet, so I bought a new iPad. I was home and miles away from any Wi-Fi connection. I was in the process of manually transferring my data. After a charge and reboot on my old iPad, I got a message to enter my Name and Password. First, I was miles away from obtaining an internet connection, second, the last time I used that information was when I bought and set-up my I-Pad which was five years ago. I was basically severed from my daily planner containing all my appointments, contact information and phone numbers. In a panic I drove to the Apple Store in Americana in Manhasset, New York. I was told their next available appointment was in a week and I had to find and bring my five-year-old store receipt to prove I owned my iPad. Nowhere on my receipt did it state I needed to keep the receipt for any type of assistance or service. Then I got the run-a-round. The store told me to call the Apple 800 number. The Apple 800 number told me to go back to the store. My iPad was working fine and with no notice or warning Apple basically severed or locked me out of my iPad that I owned and I paid for. I am not or was not using or subscribed to any Apple service. As far as my new iPad, I no longer feel confident using any Apple product. I had LOVED my iPad. I was in the process of picking a new phone too but I can not take the chance of getting unexpectedly severed from my phone too. The data that I lost due to Apple was irreplaceable. I will never feel confident using an Apple product again. BUYER BEWARE this can happen to you.

Fraudulent Calls about our account!

I called to verify that nobody from Apple has called our house phone regarding fraudulent activity on our Apple account. They verified that the account is safe and the calls are fraud. Suggested calling the police and file a report. I suspected it was a scam and we have not returned any of the four calls received today.

The Apple product and service has deminished

I used to be a big Apple supporter for computers and then cell phones. The Apple computer was meant to last and you even had tech support even for the old Apple computer. Other brands would need to be replaced within one or two years, however the Apple WAS able to keep up and you could add on to maintain its life. NOW Apple is CRAP. Why pay for something so disposable and the tech or any support is pretty well non-existent. I tried to get a Iphone 6 looked at and FINALLY was able to be booked into a Apple place at Kingsway Garden Mall in Edmonton Alberta. What a horrible experience. If you want to waste your time and have to beg for support. Well Apple I was just about to replace my current computer and had two others I needed to replace. I am going to bite the bullet and move away from Apple. Why pay a really really really high price for something that has no real support and no advantage. The non Apple computers are more reasonably priced and generally work the same functions now. My friends have been trying to convince me for years!! I now have convinced 3 friends in one day to stop using Apple. I will help other people get wise to the absence of quality in the service and product now. Also, I tried to write a complaint to the company as I like to inform them first and look for a solution before spreading the word. Lots of time waisted, and I was told there is no department or fax number or email to make the complaint!! Apple. See ya later Apple!!

User's recommendation: save your money get a simular computer that is more compatible in the school and business world for way less. Apple is not the product it once was.

Ridiculous experience at Apple Store

Visited a local Apple Store to buy a new iPad. There were zero (0) customers in the store but the staff would not let me in because I didnt have an appointment. Thats right: no customers inside. Maybe 8 or 10 staff wiping down counters. Could I make an appointment for a few minutes from now to visit their empty store? Nope. Not allowed. Its the COBRID (sic) you know Yeah, I know all about it, Im a physician. What I also know is sheer lunacy when I experience it. This tops anything Ive ever experienced for foolishness. Theyd rather turn me away from an empty store than check my temperature and sell me an iPad. I then tried calling Apple customer service, spoke to a tech person, they were going to transfer me to actual customer service, put me on hold after which, about ten minutes later, I heard a message in Spanish that I didnt understand at which point the call disconnected.

User's recommendation: Try an independent Apple reseller, perhaps.
