I’m having issue with my online trade in right now!! I traded my iPhone 8 Plus to iPhone 11 max pro.

I picked up my phone at Apple store near me and I received my trade in kit in mail. When I started to prepare to send it back I started to feel skeptical because the trade in kit was just tin paper box and it doesn’t seems very safe and secure. I contacted to Apple.com texted and rep told me to just follow the instructions how to fold box, put it back in the box etc....

so I follow the instructions and guess what now my phone has cracked ( screen ) and my trade in value went from $300 to $100. Phone was damaged during shipment, but I have no way to prove it.

Agreed...the greed and arrogance is shocking at times... They become too big to fail, and I think every day about getting rid of all of their products, just need something comparable that integrates nicely with scheduling, etc.

I’m not sure if they care, but I must take note of the fact that most of their innovations lately have been minimal and well behind the times. I’m not sure if Apple is slowly dying on the vine, but it has that feel of a legacy product that managed to hang on.

Apple - Cheating my card

so I put the apple pencil up my *** and now it DOESN'T WORK. why would you make a product that isn't *** proof? so then I tried to take a picture of it with my iPhone SE but I dropped it in the toilet and now it DOESN'T WORK. why would you make a product that isn't toilet proof? so then I tried to grab my phone out of the toilet but I realized I'm allergic to toilet water so I burned my hand and now it DOESN'T WORK. why isn't my hand toilet water proof? anyways, I love apple and I can't wait to drop my iPhone 11 in the toilet.

I have the same experience with my I phone disabled since aug 10th and was supposed to get a text to link on the 23 aug and never received the text and contacted support again support was able to get me to i tunes and download from i tunes help and could not reset my password ect. I have to wait to Sept 21 for security reasons
