Hello my husband is missing and i want to find him...i am in very tense situation...i want to trace him...he have iphone 6 gray color ...phone is on airplane mode (off) i have his phone IMEI number through that number i want to trace him... i always use apple phone but now i m very disappointed b/c no one is understanding my situation and help me to find out him..

Fraudulent Calls about our account!

I called to verify that nobody from Apple has called our house phone regarding fraudulent activity on our Apple account. They verified that the account is safe and the calls are fraud. Suggested calling the police and file a report. I suspected it was a scam and we have not returned any of the four calls received today.

Ridiculous experience at Apple Store

Visited a local Apple Store to buy a new iPad. There were zero (0) customers in the store but the staff would not let me in because I didnt have an appointment. Thats right: no customers inside. Maybe 8 or 10 staff wiping down counters. Could I make an appointment for a few minutes from now to visit their empty store? Nope. Not allowed. Its the COBRID (sic) you know Yeah, I know all about it, Im a physician. What I also know is sheer lunacy when I experience it. This tops anything Ive ever experienced for foolishness. Theyd rather turn me away from an empty store than check my temperature and sell me an iPad. I then tried calling Apple customer service, spoke to a tech person, they were going to transfer me to actual customer service, put me on hold after which, about ten minutes later, I heard a message in Spanish that I didnt understand at which point the call disconnected.

User's recommendation: Try an independent Apple reseller, perhaps.

Bad support

I purchased Pdfelement, a perpetual license, from wondershare, on Apple Store, without a free trial version. The software is really bad and do not have the basic functions necessary for a pdf editor, like, renumber the pages, change the data content on file, etc. To me, seem that have a very strong advertisement on media to uprate the Wondershare software's. Two days after I had buyed I request a refund. I was very unhappy with pdfelement. After three weeks discussing with Apple and and WodersWodershare I realized that Apple leave alone and said that I would talk with Apple and Apple leave me alone too and said that I would talk with Wondershare. Do not waste your money with Apple software! Do not buy on Apple Store.

Horrible customer service and business practices!

I’m very disappointed and upset! ! I was supposed to have a laptop by September 16 that I needed for school and my affirm payment did not go through after it showed in process for over a week with a delivery date of Sept 14-16. I called Apple.com and after staying on the phone for hours and getting transferred several times I was finally informed you guys would not let me you use two separate payments which is ridiculous! I only owed $166 more, which I would have paid by debit because my affirm loan amount was only $800. Then the representative stated that I could pay the remaining balance with one card and had six days to do so but when I went to do that she had instead she freaking canceled the orders. I’m furious! And then you charged me $176 for Apple AirPods that were supposed to be free. The rep said I could send back the AirPods but I sold them for a little of nothing because I already had a pair. So now I’m out that $176 that they charged to affirm. You cleared payment for those but wouldn’t clear my payment for the MacBook Air!! Horrible service!!!! I’m totally screwed because of this, since I needed the laptop by September 16, which was when it was promised! I have lost money, time, and now I’m screwed because I have no laptop!! Thanks Apple!!

poor service stay on hold get a rep. than put on hold.

i toold the tech i in take care of my elderly mom, didnt care! poor quality products andd service, 1 phone over priced. screen cracks!

should not need $ 15.00 a month insurance for a 1100.00 phone. it should work!

I purchased apple care plus for my ipad pro and apple wont replace

my iPad pro had a defective battery so the apple store said they Dwould relace the iPad , but the store was out of them. later a fedx empty package came so i put the old one in the box to apple. Then I get a notice its a trade. Total lie on woodland mall apple store in Grand Rapids,MI I call apple support and they literally said to bad. dam insurance is another lie. My advice never get done purchase apple care the apple care!!!

I am disappointed with the quality of their products!!

AngryA few weeks ago I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max(512 GB, Midnight Green) and it took such a long time to arrive!! And on top of that they got my order wrong and I received a normal silver iPhone 11!! I last powered it on last night and it still shows the Apple logo! Angry I am very disappointed with the quality of their products I ended up giving that phone away for free.

Indulgence of Company to Prepare for Epidemics

After contacting several specialists at the customer service support center and trying to escalate the problem too corporate to get the problem many people are having continuously and no solution found since it is not being addressed appropriately to upper management. I looked up the number for corporate and the ladies at the receptionists don't get you communicated with the executives to help find a solution instead the only offered help is providing you an address that it. If the problem keeps on arising and more people getting affected by it then the corporate should help to find a solution instead of giving to options, but in reality, there is only that other option that requires you to wait. The quality of customer support is not shown, but instead, apple is demonstrating that they are just there for the money instead to help out the consumer that is there to help out the company by buying from them their products.

User's recommendation: Try to avoid buying apple products that way you are not spending a lot for an item that stops working after 1 year of use after installing the latest software!

Lied to

I was told to go to an Apple store and get my phone replace under warranty. Instead Apple flagged it to be repaired, wasted 3 hours of my day, its be over a week with no phone, no way to contact my customers, and still no phone. I could of mailed it in and not wasted my time driving to the store, customer service doesnt care, they obviously arent going to make it right, hopefully I get my phone back. I have over 8 Apple products and the only reason I switched to an iPhone is to FaceTime my children. I really wish I had my HTC ANDROID BACK, and ill never buy Apple products again for making this a big hassle. I warrantied an IPhone 8 Plus once with zero problems, now its a problem, just give me a working phone!
