Poor Support

Poor Support had a senior advisor call me yesterday to help me with my phone and when I was almost ready to get it to go the advisor was talking to me quit talking to me I am 65 years old and I need help to get my iPhone and iPad back in working condition therefore after working with this iPhone and iPad for over 24 hours the company locked me down totally it would not except my new passwords or anything I try to do now I cant even make a phone call

How can the largest company in the World close 8pm pacific. They Dont't a 24 number. what about people who work??? Crazy!!! You can't have agents anywhere pick up? Like Australia? This is a44 backwards

Problems with log in on an Apple XR.

We called Apple for support, Apple logo flashing and could not log on to the phone. Was given an appointment for Best Buy because we don't have an Apple Store close by. Best Buy says the battery is leaking so we needed to go to a store or call Apple to see if they could replace the phone. Talked to 2 individuals with one telling us that the battery could not be leaking and that is not covered so we would need to purchase a replacement phone for $399, which the phone cost my son $500 already!! He is disabled and saved to get that phone, what a rip off. To think that they don't stand by their products and would take advantage of anyone who just wanted an IPhone!! Do the right thing and just replace the phone. Someone is lying and doesn't want to honor the replacement. it is sad this country has come to this!!!

Tbey said I owed money and they have it on my credit report acting like I owed $18 but in reality I over paid the account this is showing my credit report please have it removed I would appreciate it

So many times I have purchased Apple I Tunes cards off Amazon..and they have been already redeemed..Amazon and Apple wont stand behind this product..both places there customer service sucks..both are mulitbillioner companys and they wont stand behind this product..tired of throwing money away

My new iPhone 12 mini is Defective The Screen becomes transparent you can read what’s underneath when pushing the keys other letters pop up instead of the ones are pushing the predictive text is messe

My texting its all messed up the keyboard puts up other letters not the one you push the screen becomes transparent you can see through home screen underneath text messages the predictive text shows up with mixed up Uppercase and lowercase Letters I cant get into more detail because its too hard trying to spell on here everything comes up wrong the phone is defective its a piece of ***

Upgraded to latest 12 max pro. Phone was sent 28 of June and was lost by UPS. Tried retrieving at Laurel UPS, phone unavailable. Contacted Apple, wanted to go to the store. They refused, so I cancelled the entire order. Instead, they sent another phone via UPS against my wishes. Had to call Verizon to dispute the contract. It has become a mess, can't upgrade, still unresolved.

Sold me defective Macbook Pro and then kept giving me a run around

I have had issues with my Macbook Pro M1 (1TB, 16GB) since the first day I have received it around December 24th, 2020 after spending $2000 on this new machine. Issues: 1. One port does not function properly and keeps disconnecting from hard drives. 2. Battery gives me 3-4 hours. It fell from 99% battery health to 94% after the last factory around June 15th, 2021. (Now 91%) This was a brand new Macbook Pro, therefore, I should not have had such issues. It has been 6-7 months, I have been on the phone with Apple over 14 times and have conducted 7-8 factory resets on this system. Further, I have dropped this system off to the Apple store three times, once for 3 weeks, then 1 week, and then for about a day. I was told that I should not have this issue again, yet it re-occurs. I would like to have a call from Apple HQ to speak to an executive. I should not have to be without my computer that is used for work for over 4 weeks, then again for 2 weeks for a repair that should have taken place and then again for a day. Now I am expected to send this in for 2 more weeks. This is a defective unit that was confirmed by an Apple employee at Apple Mall of Georgia on June 26, 2021. I had requested a report copy from her in person and over the phone when I received a call from a company employee, both denied this stating company policy does not allow me to have a copy of my computer's diagnostic report for my own computer.

First of all there is so far no help from Apple at all, Ive been trying for weeks and some days, Ive been told Ill receive a call shortly ? It never happens ? Ive gone to the Apple store 45 miles, they would not let me in, I said I need Help, they said go on line they will help you also ? No help again they dont understand Im not a tech person I dont understand many tech wordsany part of Apple, some people had apple before and got rid of it and bought another brand

Can’t reset passwords !!!!

I am so frustrated and disappointed with apple support. My 14 yr old daughter has forgotten her Apple ID password and we hv limited access to the phone number given at that point of time !! I hv repeatedly called customer support, followed all their instructions, waited 24 hours, then 14 days etc etc etc whatever the system suggested and still no resolution!!! The support staff has no idea what to do. My husband and I hv wasted our time on long calls with them to no avail ! Why cant they simply reset the password!!! We hv been trying to solve it for a month! It is ridiculous!!! What is the point of making products when you hv no idea how to help / resolve issues ! It cant take more than a month to resolve this ????

There is a 99 cents monthly charge on my Amex card that I want to know whT it is and why not charge on my Apple Pay which is Visa card and I want to switch charges to my visa not Amex I tried several ways including online and calling but I failed.

I haven't received my money back

The call I just had was horrible it didnt help I hate that I still dont know where my money is this is sick
