Terrible customer service

When we arrived in time for our 5:10 appointment to replace our iPhone batteries, we were told that they couldn't actually do any of the work that day (they couldn't even replace one of the three batteries) and we would need to reschedule. They said it takes longer than an hour to replace a battery (what kind of design is that?) and they close at 6:00 today. So they knew when the appointment was made that they wouldn't be able to do the work, causing us to drive nearly an hour each way for nothing.

IPhone xr screen protector

My daughter just purchased an iPhone xr from Apple she paid $40.00 to have them install a screen protector. They use a machine less than a week later the screen protector cracked without any pressure on the phone. Apple said NOT OUR PROBLEM contact Belkin who conveniently does not have inventory to replace because all their inventory is in Apple stores. What a crock DO NOT pay Apple $40.00 they don’t care or back what they sell

Apple Battery replacement

I have 3 apple iPhone 6s called Apple to get appointment to service the phones and replace the batteries. Spent forever on the telephone getting the run around about what Apple could do and when they could do it. Only called because I could not make a future appointment on their website. These were 3 phones we needed at the 6s level of testing with other systems. At this point, we are through with Apple. Lousy customer service! It should be a priority to take care of existing customers. All I heard was...you picked a bad time with the new stuff coming out. A lot of our technician's and customers have already starting to switch to Android telephone due to Apple's escalating price for little meaningful improvement in the product.

Why not just go to Amazon.com and buy a replacement battery and put it in yourself? Costs you something like $30 or less. It is not rocket science to replace those batteries.

Basically that is what we are going to do. Shouldn’t have to do so...the issue is lousy customer service. Thanks for you suggestion.

If I cancel my card I can’t watch what I’ve already paid for

I’ll never buy from ITunes again. I’ve bought many movies on ITunes but due to a cancelled card, it refuses to let me watch what I already OWN because my billing info isn’t up to date. I don’t want my billing info with ITunes unless I want to buy something. My 7 year old racked up $56 on my iTunes account and I was only refunded $17. I contacted iTunes as soon as the charges hit my account and they still wouldn’t refund even half. I’m switching to droid.

Apple lied to me about the issues surrounding my phone and tried to make me buy a new phone

My iPhone's screen recently got glitchy then finally the phone failed to switch on. I took it to the apple store and I was told the phone is "brain dead", there was nothing they could do to fix it and I needed to buy a new phone or buy a second-hand replacement. I got this checked by a third party and it turns out all my phone needed was a new screen and battery. the phone is fine now. Why is apple hell-bent on scamming its customers? I have been a pretty loyal and long-time customer of apples and now I will never use their products again. Aside from the fact they tried scamming me out of more money, I would have had to throw away the phone and last time I checked it isn't biodegradable. this is wildly unacceptable and morally indefensible in my opinion!

Worse Apple Tech Support

I called three Apple Tech support in one day. Actually they don't know their job. Two of them tried to solve the problem but one Tech support during trouble shooting she hanged the phone. They took customer number before hand if get disconnected. She was very unprofessional, when she thought she cannot fix it she disconnected. Apple..you hire such people who don't even know the basic mannerisms????? Her name was Valerie!!!!

They don't know their job and you don't understand your equipment. Bad combination.

Apple has been on my NO-BUY list for decades ; since their early computers that required their own, non-standard software.

The they got sued by The Beatles and I just can't think of anything less cool than that. I own stock in Apple but none of their products ...

Contacted Apple Care for new battery THEY WONT HELP

I contacted Apple Care over a bad battery I got with my NEW MacBook Pro only d it 6 months and sent it in 3 different times they promised to fix it and sent it back SAME BAD BTTERY Talked to a Senior Care Specialest Lidia who was so rude and cut me off ext 110**** and did not know how to handle anyone. They called Tammy Krauss ext 114**** who acted like she would help me them acted like I don't even exist ALL NEW APPLE LAPTOPS HAVE BAD BATTERYS DONT BUY A NEW ONE THEY WONT HELP YOU OUT Mine was made in July last year I had also called them 4 times and wasted over 6 hours with them and a drive time of 2 hours and still they refuse to help in any way Apple is putting bad battery in ALL new laptops and wont stand behind them

We have always been impressed with Apple's products and in particular their customer service but over the past few years it's gotten increasingly worse and frankly now find them to be no better than their competitors thus why spend more money on Apple products, when you do not get anything extra for same in terms of durability and service ? Apple advised us that they would not even attempt to trouble shoot/repair any of their products over 5 years old (regardless of the reason). One of our iPhones recently started to have trouble with connectivity and it took 3 days to get an appointment with them. The fix they attempted didn't work and now they told us to come back in another 3 days ! This phone is only a year old and they basically told us we would be better off buying a new ! SO, we are now looking at a 1 year life expectancy on their products ?? We use these products for work and simply can't accept this poor service any longer thus will try our luck elsewhere.

My Mac had turned real slow so I took it to Apple Customer Support. After 3 days, they gave me a call saying it would cost 900 Dollars to get the Mac repaired because the Flash Drive had a problem. Customer service

Apple customer service has been horrific at best. The automated "assistant" is ineffective and takes way to long. Apple doesn't mind wasting our time at all. I tried 3 times to call my local store because I have a pending service request. The automated assistant put me through a mind numbing process and then further wasted my time by taking forever to ask me what kind of music I wanted to listen to while I wait long periods of time for a human. Then the music is inaudible scratchy crap. It also took me 3 weeks to make a genius bar appointment to replace my battery then 1 week to wait for the appointment. I made the appointment online and clicked "replace battery" as the reason. The night before my appointment I received an email saying I needed to "reserve" a battery. I went to the Apple store anyway and they agreed that it was incredibly stupid to wait until the night before and the tech told me this happened quite often. He said that they have reported this and other problems but higher ups in Apple are deaf to their concerns/complaints also. I reserved the battery and was told several weeks. I received an email to call but I can not reach a human because of the broken automation on the phone and long, long waits. When I went to complain on the Apple site there is no drop down selection for complaints and you can not submit with making a selection that doesn't apply. Senior Apple personnel are completely disconnected with the real world and don't give a damn about their customers. Please, Please, Please do not buy any more Apple products. You can break the addiction. I have purchased 5 iPhones, 1 MacBook, 1 Mac, 2 iPods, and 2 iPads. I will be crushing them all in front of my local Apple store with a sledge hammer very soon. Hopefully I can get some social media and live media attention to Apples policies and service deficiencies.

Update bricked my ipod

Itunes updates were already making itunes worse, but at least they didn't delete all of my music and break my ipod permanently. Apparently it tried to update to ios, which for some reason *** corrupted my ipod so completely that it would crash my actual computer the instant it plugged in. This was consistent through all three computers I tried, including a Mac Air. I have since deleted itunes from both Windows computers. It was *** difficult to do considering that it automatically set itself to open on startup. Without permission. I had to sneak up behind it, disable it, restart my computer, and then delete all its files. Therefore it is, without exaggeration, a virus. Virus n. a piece of code which is capable of copying itself and typically has a detrimental effect, such as corrupting the system or destroying data.
