Apple - Iphone Back Up Review from Tyler, Texas

Today I backed up my iPhone so I could take it in to have the battery replaced under warranty. I rarely backup my phone; less than four times in two years due to the following problem. Each time I restore ALL the music I added via my personal CD collection disappears (over 230 CD's) from iTunes on my phone, backup and iMac / iTunes. No one at Apple will address this much accept responsibility. It's MY phone and legally I can do and put whatever I want on it as evidenced by the lawsuit Apple lost regarding the right for others to jail break theirs. This is nothing short of THEFT! But Apple has billions and that makes them feel they can do anything because no one can afford to sue them. I doubt this will do any good but BEWARE of the thieves at Apple. I will not backup again and will keep my music on separate drive. I'm converting all my music to lossless FLAC anyways, which I'm sure they'll find a way to steal it also. SHAME ON YOU APPLE.

Bad customer relations with Dache

I am not impressed with my last experience with Dache ... She lied she didn't do things she said she was going to do ......and then I get charged for my part that was supposed to b under warranty ... Pretty pissed off ... If I hadn't been on a contract with my carrier for my iPad and iPhone I would be getting rid of both of these..... Thnx for the lies and deceit and now u want 100words go along with this *** I just wasn't to get rid of everything that I have from apple ...in think u better get ahold of this so called supervisor. She was very rude and not good for public relations

Apple Store Service Not Business Friendly

One of 36 imacs I bought would not start up, so I went to the Apple store today. They are rather business un-friendly. I’d have to make an appointment they told me, or buy a special membership that would allow me to bypass the line. We have, what, several hundred macs under warranty and I’d have to make a service appointment and wait there every time one needed a repair? Things were better when Mactown was at the Greene in Beavercreek, Ohio before the Apple store opening forced Mactown to close. I was told it wouldn’t be fair for me to go ahead of people who were there before I was. Ok, I get that the Apple Store will refuse to make exceptions. But the part that gets me, is that “fairness” is thrown out the window if I’m willing to buy this special pass that allows me to skip the line! The Apple store is very egalitarian unless you will give them more money, then suddenly you become more equal than the little people who still have to wait in line! I just want to drop off my computer that is under warranty, you know? I don’t need or want to hang around there for 2 hours while they diagnose the issue. They were polite, but clear that they are set up for a consumer rather than business approach to service. I’m not a grandma that needs iMovie help and don’t have the time to wait for a mac “genius” to grace me with his presence to diagnose why my new computer won’t make a sound when it came out of the box. I just want it fixed. I have a phone – they can call me! If Apple has ever wondered why they have historically had a hard time getting a foothold in the business world, this is a great example. Apple does everything it can to close as many Apple Authorized Service Centers as possible (where I could just drop off my computer and have them call me with the diagnosis), and replace them with Apple Stores, which when it comes to providing service to business (larger mac customers), is a giant waste of my time.

You purchased a so expensive phone that they claimed to be with the highest quality in the market, but when you accidentally dropped it just less than 2 feet from your lap, you will have a screen full of cracks. MacBook Air stopped working within warranty & they say they do not have parts

Hey Mr. Apple ( I am addressing the organisation as whole) you may have made the name by making fantastic products but you must know the arrogance of success will lead you to the path of destruction. If you will plunder our hard earned money like this then the day is not far when you will be in rotten shape. These Apple guys are looting the money here and in name of service treat us like ***. I am cursing the day I bought Apple MacBook. I am going through a harrowing experiences. They are the cheat of top order. They have no Indian point of contact, the call centre number from where you get a call is a Singapore number (probably to avoid prosecution in india). I just now learnt they do not own a single store in india and everything from sales and service is on third party. They are not governed by any Indian guidelines and working as fly by night operators. When you will ask for any escalation matrix or written communication they will bluntly refuse to do so. They are even liers of the top order and shamelessly push forward their own viewpoint. On top of that they claim they are never at fault and they will find fault with either consumer or the government. They should be immediately be banned to sell their products in india until they make proper guidelines as per our law or extend similar service levels as in USA. Mind it they charge same or more what they charge in USA for their products. They are making unlimited profits without shouldering any responsibility.

Iphone 6 Review

Apple does not back up their product! I'm on my second iPhone 6 and waiting for my 3rd replacement all due to audio issues! I'm so frustrated with Apple care over the phone. No one really cares about the issues and they transfer you from person to person. Each time I call it's over 45 mins. No one cares about you as s customer I feel.

Bad 1st and last experience with Apple

Very bad experience with Apple. I recently tried to make a purchase from Apple and 2 days later I received this email which I copied and pasted (yes, that’s Apple’s spelling): We've run into a problem with an Apple@***k order your recently placed. The Apple@***k program offered by your company only allows a discount on Apple products that meet certain eligibility requirements. Our records indicate that this order may not meet those requirements. The order has been cancelled and no further action on your part is required. If you belive that your order has been cancelled in error, please contact direct_epp@***.com. To Confrim your company's eligibility guidelines, please contact your company's Benefit team. Your interest in Apple products is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, The Apple Online Store Since the email did not specified the reason of the cancellation I called Apple. They found my order and re-entered all the information. Later I received another email (copy and paste): We've run into a problem with an Apple@***k order your recently placed. Repeat 5 times… nothing. Refresh the page and I got: Sorry, your page could not be found click here to go back to your cart. At this point I think I’ve been patient enough. What I get from this experience is this: 1: Apple should use, at least, a spelling program to answer customer emails. 2: “Your interest in Apple products is greatly appreciated. Sincerely,” I don’t believe you, sincerely. 3: The Employee Purchase Program Apple has with other companies (at least with ADS) is not real. 4: Apple has lost one client… today. Being a Windows user trying to give Mac a try, is a very discouraging and unpleasant experience.

Apple - Iphone 4S Review from Fresno, Texas

After updating my iPhone 4s and iPad to iOS 8.4 I immediately had to delete several apps to make room rather than buy more storage from money hungry Apple Inc. after installing the software I have problems getting the devices to turn on, web site links doesn't work most of the time, and my battery drains faster. The company should have warned cystrrmers with iPhone 4s that there may be issues. I believe Apple in so greedy that their new software updates are actually created to have problems with older devices to get users to upgrade to a more expensive phone and iPad. I feel there should be a formal federal Investigation.

I got a new iPhone for my wife and provided a new phone for myself while at the Apple Store. I said, cover both of then with Apple Care. When I called then they had the denial corporate thing going on. Most other companies would say, OK, let's sign you up now and we can help you with your new phone. No, No, No, they want to stop AppleCare. They told me my replacement phone was covered under AppleCare. I am tell all of you out there, these warranties are no good. They know you have no recourse other than file a lawsuit. The people you talk to were in Elementary School when all of this started.

MacBookPro $1100 Lasted One Year

Motherboard failed just after one year passed. Re extended warranty, here is what I told them: "I did not purchase an extended warranty. Fact is, I consider the sale of extended warranties to be a form of false advertising. When I pay more than One Thousand Dollars for a mere laptop, I expect it to work for a number of years to come. I am sure that you will agree that this is a reasonable expectation. I do not expect to have to pay an additional several hundred dollars to insure your company against the possibility that your machine might have a problem that will cause it to fail in a year. If, in fact, building equipment that WILL last more than one short year requires that you put a higher price on it in the first place, then do so. That way, those of us in the open market can fairly assess whether it is worth it to us to pay, for example, Fourteen Hundred Dollars (the cost that would have included an extended warranty) for your item, and make a fair decision about the value to us. Any other approach, Apple, is, frankly, dishonest."

Apple would not exchange an unopened 64GB IPad Air 2 for a 128GB

I bought an Apple IPad Air 2 64GB at a Sam's Club in Columbia, MO and tried to return the unopened Ipad with the original receipt to upgrade to an IPad Air 2 128GB by paying the difference at the Des Pere, MO West County Mall Apple Store and they would not make the exchange. I called Apple and explained I called three Sam's club s in St. Louis and they did not have the 128GB and "Sue" said that Apple does not exchange their products purchased in other stores because they are imitations. Then "Rob" got on the phone and said Apple only stands by their products if they have a technical problem. He said Apple puts different serial numbers on their products and they do not support products not purchased in Apple stores.

Had to replace i5c after a whopping 18 months of use

My iPhone 5c started to drop Wi-Fi in safe zones about a week ago. I took it to the Apple Store only to be told, "It is past warranty. I'm going to re-install the software but if this doesn't work, you will need a new phone." So I ask that crazy question, "What is wrong with it?". I am told he doesn't know. The re-install doesn't work and after a 2nd trip to the Store, I had to purchase a replacement phone. Wow, $450 only provides 18 months of service? Seems quite pricey to me. Droid here I come!

The phone is rated by Apple to last 12 months. Like all of Apple's products.

By you not purchasing an extended agreement to cover the phone that was your choice. Your expectations are unreal.

Iphone Fires from Batteries or chargers

I am posting this to help people realize the dangers of the Apple Iphone, their batteries and their chargers. This is my (was) my home. At 4:30am with me sleeping just a couple of feet away, A charging Apple Iphone 6 overheated and burned it's way through a recliner next to the bed. In only a matter of seconds it caught the bed, nightstand and curtains up as well. Luckily my wife wasn't there as she would have been even closer to it than me. Our home was totally destroyed! We also lost our Bulldog to this as I tried to go back in after him but couldn't find him.There is not enough info being told to the consumers about the dangers they can create. Iphone 6 Review

I have bought Apple iPhone 6+. After 1month its screen start cracking and now it's cracked all over. I am very possessive about my phone and never dropped it on floor but it's screen is spontaneously breaking.
