Warranty issue

I purchased mobile on 13 august 2014. Now my mobile is not working giving problem battery is dead and main button is also not working. i checked with apple customer care they said warranty is expired. I have the Proof of purchase but they are not giving me the resolution. i m very fed up from the mobile services. Apple is big brand in the world. they are not giving resolution to customer. I purchased mobile from Delhi. Venkteshwra Distributors pvt. ltd. Apple customer care said you have to visit dealer shop. Now m in punjab and i dont have plan for delhi. so, you took your computer into a busy store, without contacting them first to see if they could help you and then got mad when they couldn't? That's the equivalent of walking into a doctors office without an appointment and expecting to be seen as soon as you arrive.

Here we are again got the email that tech would be with me shortly and almost 30 minutes later and still no one has contacted me, you think I'm getting pissed or not, I thought Apple was the best now I would recommend them to dogs. I guess you should just black list me because I'm not going to shut up now .

I called for a service call because I broke the glass on it. I called at 10:am this morning and got the run around , then finally got someone to speak to and he could barely speak English, so how do you commute like that. So I went online and couldn't log on for some reason so I went to a friends house same thing. Well I drive to the Apple Store in the mall of Louisiana where I buy all my phones and just got the run around again, so they said it would be 2:30 hours before they can get to me, ok I can understand that but when you see about 10 people just standing around doing nothing for about 1 hour you ask yourself what's going on. Yes I came in the store *** wouldn't have you and still waiting now and it's been another 30 minutes. I have been a customer for a long time and use only Apple equipment and now I'm thinking of getting rid of this stuff because of *** like this. I guess I have been black cloulded now. Well I have bitched enough and I'll wait fir this to be fixed and grant you I will buy a whole page in the local newspaper to complain about this .

Apple - Iphone 6 Plus Review from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

I purchased an iPhone 6 plus 5 months ago for an outrageous sum of money. Advertisements highlight the fantastic camera. Well it is ***. Within 5 months, the rear camera stops focusing and only takes blurry pictures. I am told I have to take it to an Apple Store to get it fixed. The service at the Apple story is crappier than the iPhone camera. I am told I have to wait 2.5 HOURS for a technician to help me. Seriously? Do they not think we have better things to do with our time than sit for that long waiting for some help to fix a phone that should never have broken in the first place so soon after purchase. I am appalled at the quality of Apple products these days and of the ***-poor service I got trying to fix it. If it hadn't cost me more than $600 to get, I'd throw it in the garbage and go to Samsung Galaxy. This is not a monopoly. Last time I checked, in a competitive space like this is, if you do t take care of your customers YOU LOSE THEM.

Problems with Apple products and service

I have had enough with Apple. I have a litany of complaints but the most recent is that since the most recent update, I can no longer use a portable phone charger on my iPhone, including one I have been using for one year--I tried three different ones, none work although they all work elsewhere. I can probably only use an Apple portable charger now--surprise, surprise. Their accessories are awful, including chargers and headphones and don't get me started on the *** you have to go through when you have to upgrade Apple TV or get a new password. I have an Apple phone, laptop, Apple TV, iPad and iPhone. I am going to phase out Apple products--I'm done.

Apple won't stand by their products

I purchased a imac July 2014 and have had nothing but problems with it. I've spent at least 30 hours on the phone trying to fix it to be put off over and over. The people are mostly nice, I've been hung up on and left on hold for over an hour and hung up on again. I purchased the imac to start a business but because it won't work the way it should I haven't been able to continue and I'm loosing my license due to inactivity. Apply has had me backup everything erase the computer and reload it twice now and still the same problems. Now I've been (what they call) owned by a upper devision department that won't return my calls so customers service can't even talk to me they have to transfer me to them and no answer or call back! I upgraded this computer so it cost 2500.00 and its a lemon, I know it and so do they but they are trained to put off the customer until they give up. My next step is small claims court because I'm tired of huge wealthy Co. getting away with not standing by their products. On the other hand don't you think I should be compensated for all the hours I spent on the phone? How much do the repair people make? They get paid on their end of the phone call what do I get, a still broken computer that has taken hours if not days out of my life. I feel they owe me for my time and the computer but I would settle for the computer just to never have to deal with apple again. I will never get any thing from apple again but until they fix or reimburse me for this computer I won't give up, I purchased a three year warranty ( something I never do) so I will keep calling and logging my hours spent with them until it is resolved.

Can't log on and can't reset logon info.." a classic catch 22"

I've had an iTunes account since the 90's. My wife visited the "Genius" counter and was talked into changing the account access thinking, as do all modern women, they need their "own" account. Fine with me but, Apple in it's infinite wisdom, doesn't allow multiple accounts with the same e-mail address. She apparently copied down the new PW and Apple ID because they don't work. However, Apple recognizes that we have an account but doesn't recognize our access info and advises us to log in under our existing account.....aggugh! Impossible to do business with them but I have close to 1000 songs in my library or I'd kiss them off in a heartbeat. Easier to break into Fort Knox. How does these idiots keep their jobs?

Resolved: Apple Iphone 6 Plus - Bad decision to buy it...

I am a Brazilian resident and changed exchanged my old Iphone 5S to a new unblocked Iphone 6 Plus for U$500. The worse decision ever. First, the battery does not last in comparaison with previous iphone and even worse vs. other competitors. The worse, this Iphone 6 Plus bends if you are sitting and leave the iphone in your pocket. Drop the Iphone 6 Plus from 1m/3.3ft and Apple Store in Brazil want to charge R$1400,00 (USD$456) while Apple UK want to charge GBP 249 (USD364). Bad product and an extorsion to repair it. Don´t ever buy this new Iphone 6 Plus as too fragile and extremelly expensive to repair (not to mention it bends and poor battery life)!

I agree. NEVER trust Apple.

I'll nevr buy another product from them and will inform my friends an relatives to follow suit. My Iphone 6 Plus was a disaster, Apple lied to me, and 15 days after reading that Apple admitted to placing defective batteries in phones of this model I requested reimbursement.

Apple told me that it had been more than 14 days since the purchase so it would not provide any refund!!! Absolute corruption and fraud.

Apple...Rotten to the core

I purchased an Iphone5 when they first came out. It has tech issues and was replaced NINE times. Apple gave me a new Iphone 5s brand new in a retail box in Dec. Had issues with the new phone so called tech support. The guy said to restore as a new phone don't do an Icloud backup and see if it helps. Well it did not so I try reaching out to him. After a month of leaving voice mails with no return phone call I decide to call and get another tech support person. They send me a phone, but it's refurbed. Once again, its dead out of the box, takes two days to even get it to set up. This is my 11th phone Im on and it's defective. Apple keeps giving me the run around and won't replace it with a new device, even though the new device they sent was dead and now the refurb is dead. I even have Apple Care extended warranty. As far as Im concerned I will NEVER buy another Apple product as long as I am breathing. Samsung has great devices and the new Galaxy S6 is killer. Bye Bye Apple. Beware....BOYCOTT APPLE

IPod too old school for you Apple?

You are happy to take my money when I download songs to my iPhone but when I try to sync with my iPod, I cannot sync any of the latest songs that I purchased via iPhone - only those that were downloaded previously via CDs/other methods. Apple, is my iPod too old for you to support now? Your software tells me that my iPod is up to date... So what's up? Why won't you allow my to update my new songs that I paid for on any device other than my iPhone? I have a surprise party for my husband THIS WEEKEND for which I was hoping to use the iPod that I purchased WITH GOOD MONEY and the recent songs that I purchased WITH GOOD MONEY for a playlist. Guess we'll see if Apple will respond to me or if my iPod is old news.

Dumm salesmen, and no repairs

Last year i bought and macbook pro 13 inch retina, after some month use i noticed that i got short on my choice on RAM memory, so i looked up how to upgrade the memory only to find out that it is not upgradable because the memory is solved to the main board . i ask in apple store how it is possible to not inform buyers to choose the size of RAM in day of purchase right because there is no fix after. the answer : "its not our job to inform about product manufacturing " wrong !!! i think thats exactly why you stand there and get payed. But i got an even better solution, really apple ginues worthy. "you can sell your Macbook and use the money to buy a new one with bigger RAM, you just lose a couple of hundred Euros." amazing, speechless and ashamed of what apple became. Then , just yesterday, My Iphone 5S called down and screen broke. So i go to apple store for fix. And the final strike from Apple to lose a life long costumer. They open Phone to change screen and give me back Phone un repaired with explanation that it was touched /opend by someone and so apple will not longer repair it. ??????? what , yes it felt down, you{apple} opened it,. what kind of personal apple is hiring? i mean really, i am so disappointed and tired. i simple give up, fixed phone in other place, not apple, because there are things on phone i need, but apple is dead for me. anyway if you phone or email them is so useless like *** against the wind. my question is: what happened to apple, where did they start to not care about there customers, what kind of personal is working there?

and then get my product or service (ifthey do not repair in store, I get a new one) they do not win with me. State that you are reping there *** to your friends and family and you will stop if they do not help you.

Apple does not live up to its name

You pay a fortune for an Apple computer and Ipod, and what do you get? Top quality products, great online support, long life—right? Wrong! Compared to Microsoft, the products and software are obsolete in a few years and then hardly usable, online support is unavailable since the Apple site offers no way to contact them. You have to jump through 100 hoops to get an account with forms that disappear after you have filled them out 20 times—and then they lose track of you anyway, and you have to start over again. Just like Garmin, they are so scared you will rip them off that everything is limited: what can be used with what, where it can be used, etc. You need two laptops to watch DVDs: one for Europe, another for America. Pairing has to be authorised and is very limited. Their websites load even more slowly than google—unbelievable!, while ebay just jumps onto your screen in seconds. If ebay can, why not Apple? I, for one, will never buy another Apple product—there are so many other companies that make it easy and enjoyable to be their customer.
