Unauthorized charge on my ITunes account was caught by me on my credit card. Apple was very rude act like I did something wrong. They did refund the the charge. Then they closed my my account with them. I have no way to use what I have purchased. No way to update my software. Spent hour on hold, only to be told read the contract. So I guess I did not allow some company to make false charges I must be punished. Afterresearching complaints about Apple, I have learned this is a common problem with iTunes accounts. So a false 42.99 charge to my account basically disables my two Mac's, two cell phones and three iPads. I will never buy a product from Apple again if this is how they deal with customers..

Extremely poor battery life with the new iOS 8 upgrade for iPad

I'm finding the latest iOS 8 update a really poor upgrade.  To make way for new features that I probably won't use much, my battery life has been decimated by it on my iPad.  I've followed as many tips as I could on the subject such as enabling auto-brightness, switching off apps from running in the background, having WiFi enabled, etc, but this hasn't helped very much to be honest.  Has anyone else out there had similar issues and come up with a useful solution?  My feeling is that Apple is trying encourage us to upgrade hardware too to be able to use their devices as they once used them, with this more draining software.  I would get about 60% battery life from my iPad now, so it becomes a lot less useful when I'm out and about, which is what the iPad is all about for me, ie not having to plug it in all the time or cart around a power cord for it.  It means that I use my iPad 40% less now unless I'm near a power point and have my power cord handy.  I'm guessing you get more battery life out of Samsung and Windows tablets.  Can someone tell me more on this if they know more please?

Apple Support sadly deteriorating !

Just bought new iMac and having Airport Express problems. Called the " support number". LONG hold. Person hung up. Second call. Long Wait. person then" put me on hold!. Tim Cook - LESS PROFITS , MORE SUPPORT please. Sickening level of profits, and no linear increase in support quality to match revenue and profit quality. FOCUS ON CUSTOMER . Mr Cook. Very sad - have a house full of Apple products and your support is not the quality it should be . You should be ashamed, Mr Cook. As a loyal long time customer, I think we deserve far better than a 20 minute wait for no problem resolution.

AT&T made my order what they wanted me to buy

I was upgrading my 3 phones to the Apple I phone 6 and to my surprise when I checked my email their customer service representative made 1 of the phones an I phone 6 plus. I immediately called and was informed it would be changed. 3 days later I check my order and it's showing 2 I phone 6 and 1 I phone 6 plus again I call customer service who now tell me it can't be changed I can send it back when I receive it. They made the mistake and refuse to change it. I will not receive these phones for 3 weeks now when they come I will have to send the I phone 6 plus back and wait another 3 weeks. I guess they figure once I get it I won't want to send it back. I'm not up to paying an additional $100.00 because their customer service representative made a mistake. How can it take 3 weeks to receive the phones but they can't change it 5 minutes after I notice what they had done? Right!! Poor Poor Customer Sercvice

IOS 8.0.2 stinks on iPad!!!!!

Slow to type. Freezes, can't scroll screen up or down without freezing. Several apps close when in use. Takes an extremely long time to load websites and constantly FREEZES!!!! I hate this update fix it now!!!!!!!!!!!! I have Android phones which I absolutely love, then I have this iPad which is horrible to use because of this ridiculous update. I thought Apple knew what they were doing(insert sarcasm)!? All I ever hear is how great Apple is. What a joke Samsung Android kicks their ***. Maybe Apple needs to hire some of the folks from Samsung/android, or at least take a page out of their book.

Since IOS8 update everything is much slower. When typing sometimes the letters just stop.

It takes forever to get on the Internet and many times tells cannot find server? What's up with this nothing is good anymore.

Now,after 2 days of downloading the " new IOS 8 app" my iPad SUCKS!!!! I already switched to a Samsung phone and I am now going to get a samsung tablet as well.

This app sucks so bad, and I am now hating Apple!!!! Good job, in letting your loyal customers down Apple....no wonder Samsung is starting to come out on top.....

Touch Id problem , Warranty rejected

I am using iphone 5s 32GB. My touch id sensor was not working, At first i thought it was some bug/software problem (a small issue), so i left this issue and continued using it. Few days before I gave it to service centre and next day i called them to check, they said i already opened the mobile and thats the reason my touch id is not working and also they said home button too now not working. They asked me to pay Rs 23000 to replace it with new one. But i never opened my phone or gave to anyone for sure. My mobile is there in warranty. When i gave to service my home button was in working condition. Now they explain that 'touch id and home button are in same area and touch id you already had problem, home button wire was just touching the tip of home button that's why you were able to use it and now you can't'. They refused to replace my mobile. I am really worried of their service. I thought apple a genuine standard company, but no, i am very upset.. I spoke to customer care for hours and hours and also went directly to service centre and tried explaining everything. They have declined the warranty saying my Iphone got opened by 3rd party services. Actually, i haven't given my Iphone to any of 3rd party for service because i still holding warranty with Apple. I hope no one go for 3rd party when they have warranty. They only argue that they have proof that i opened the mobile, they are lying. Service centre people are the first to open my mobile. I dont know how to prove. Its been more than ten days,spoke many times to them. No hope, With no choice now i have to pay them :(

Defective mac book and vendor not giving the receipt

My father issued a cheque dated 01/07/2014 in favour of M/s Natraj Engineering Services,4,old survey road, Dehradun(uttrakhand) for purchasing a mac book pro 13-inch note book computer for his friend's son. The cheque was realized on 02/07/2014 and the proceeds were credited into the re seller's account.-.The reseller had said that receipt will be issued and product delivered only when the cheque is en-cashed. The unit,, was delivered to my father on 22/07/2014 but the re seller did not issue him any receipt stating that it shall be issued later on.. On pursuing for a long time, he (Mr. Shushant Ahuja,Prop M/s Natraj Engg. Services} told over telephone that the receipt no. is 96 dated 22/07/2014. But the receipt has still not been handed over. Meanwhile the unit purchased has proved out to be defective. It gets hanged again and again and also the message is flashed on the screen that battery needs replacement.The unit stops to work as soon as the charger is removed. The unit details are as under- Product- Note book computer Mac Book Pro 13-inch retina dual core I am running out of patience now . We have already been to the reseller's place multiple times and given him numerous calls but in vain. Your authorized dealer's behavior has been extremely rude .I deserve to get what i paid for and I don't understand why that is not happening. I have been mentally harassed and tortured . Can't purchase music after money was taken.

I recently signed into my apple acct. gave the correct user id and password, entered my gift card number (which Apple gladly accepted - no security questions asked.. of course)chose my music. THEN after my money was taken the system prompted me to answer some security questions. WHY WEREN'T THESE QUESTIONS ASKED WHEN I LOGGED IN??? I don’t have a memory like I used to unfortunately. Therefore, cannot remember these answers. Not to mention most companies (if not all) ask security questions ONLY if someone is having difficulty remembering user id/password/ or logging in (clearly not the case here) Not after someone has logged in and PAID for a product/service. Then.. I was advised that I would need to give my credit card info to resolve the situation. They already took my money!! After reading hundreds of customer complaints warning NOT to give out CC info to Apple because of unauthorized charges I chose not to. Also, Apple should really consider a better training program for their employees. After speaking to 5 individuals, I was finally transferred to a supervisor. I asked why he couldn’t just compare the IP address Apple had on file (for my computer) since I only use one computer to purchase music and he advised me that there was no way of knowing this info? Yet I was asked for my computer serial number? Which he said did not match the # they had? How would Apple know my serial number and not know my IP Addr? I’m no dummy and dislike dishonest people which is why I no longer need to invest any money in Itunes or any Apple products. Save your money!!

Gave my apple macbook pro to apple authorised dealer for servicing and they replaced the orginal harddisk with a fake one.

There was some problem in my Mac few months back and I gave it to paramatrix authorised apple service provider in Chandigarh, India. They checked it and gave me the laptop back. Now there was some problem in my hard disk and again I went to them. Now. They are saying you have a fake hard disk in your Mac and. We cannot do anything. I have never taken my laptop to anybody else.. So. This is clear that the previous. Time they changed my harddisk and. Now when there is a problem they are refusing me to correct it. My Mac is under APP and still I am unable to get it repaired.

Brand new Macbook Air unusable: network shares, timemachine backup all not working

My wife had a 2011 macbook air where connecting to home network shares with USB-LAN dongle or WIFI and running time machine backup over them was all working. She offered me a brand new mackbook air 2014 running OSX 10.9 Mavericks and nothing works on this one. No system updates available to fix these bugs. I just have no way to use it (as all my useful files are on the network) and apple customer care is ... "closed at this time", after one week trying to reach them. I really feel the Apple brand magic is disappearing very fast and that will be soon the end of this legendary company. What I need is acknowledgement of these bugs in latest version and a quick fix to them, or the ability to install the previous OSX 10.8 that worked fine.

Disappointed in Apple

Last Saturday, I bought an Apple iPad mini for my dad which surprisingly did not include the usual Lightning USB cord. The iPad was brand new and unwrapped, so it would be Apple's responsibility to provide what they said they forgot to include (especially when its stated on the box). Instead, their customer service just told me to return the entire unit, which I already configured and set up for my dad. Its usually not a big deal, but I feel like they're making me do extra work to fix their mistake. Just send me my *** usb cable and suck up the infinitesimal loss.

Apple's Movie Editing Software (iMovie 11) Sucks

I bought an Apple computer, precisely because they had a good reputation regarding movie making. However, they no longer support their most user-friendly and comprehensive software (Final Cut Express). Instead, they support iMovie 11, which does less, and deliberately provides unnecessary complications. For no reason at all, it slices up a video into multiple pieces, and provides thumbnails of each slice, making editing almost impossible. Then, when it exports, everything is in M-Peg4 format, requiring decompression in order to be imported into anything else, and resulting in multiple glitches that have to be edited out. Furthermore, the user has no choice regarding the M-Peg4 settings (frame rate, reference frame, etc.), making the iMovie output unusable for YouTube, Facebook, etc., even though that's obviously what they think I created the movie for. It's a system obviously created by computer geeks, who know nothing about the real needs of somebody who makes movies. The next computer I get will be Windows. Their movie editor can't be worse than what Apple now provides.
