My phone just all of sudden start sticking and the screen you see is blown up and half way and the screen won't let me out . It only goes half way.

You take my money as soon as available instead of for more important bills I do not have it to pay I'll pay when I have it I do not won't auto-pay I'll pay when I want it without in subscribing

After several hours (literally) on the phone Apple representatives (including supervisors) are unable to tell me why I have a current balance on my Apple Card.

On Dec. 6, 2023, my Apple card had three active installment accounts.

They were: $627.13 for an iPhone 14 Pro; $0.58 for an iPhone 15 Pro Max; and, $898.00 for a second iPhone 15 Pro Max. There were no other balances on the card.

On Dec. 13, 2023, on my iPhone 15 Pro Max (the one with the balance of $898.00) I made a payment (with a Delta Community Credit Union credit card attached to all of the installment accounts ) for the full balance owing on the Iphone 14 -- $627.13. Subsequently, I viewed my Credit Union account and found that the $627.13 was withdrawn and paid to Apple (Goldman Sachs Bank) as I expected.

However, my installment account for the iPhone 14 Pro was reduced by only $503.79, leaving a balance of $123.34. The other two accounts remain the same--$898.00 and $0.58.

After more than three hours (literally) on the phone with representatives from Apple telephone support, the Apple Store, and Goldman Sachs, no one was able to explain why there is a balance on the iPhone 14 Pro for $123.34.

I don't know of any other resource (other than perhaps small claims court) available that can help me with this problem, except, hopefully, pissedonsumer.com.

I have spent a good half hour chattingand emailing the Apple Company. . I have always used my debit card to pay subscription and anything from iTunes and microsoft( for years). This year a few months ago I got an Apple Card. I started receiving notices that I would be fined if I did not pay these subs by a certain date. I was stupid enough to answer their request for my banking information( which I requesting be discarded) I did NOT authorize Apple to become capable of paying my anything! I request that my debit card listed continue to be the manner of payment.

Preferred solution: Confirmation they destroyed my banking information coupled with refraining using my Apple Card for what has always been paid for years with my debit card

User's recommendation: Do not allow Apple to simply take over your subscription payments. It’s a fraudent manner of getting fines

Got the phone through work thought it was good at first made the mistake of purchasing three other phones refurbished for my kids. I have had nothing but problems with updates. They cannot even make a phone call without re-entering their Apple ID password definitely go back to android.

My Apple TV stopped working

As a new i member of T-Mobile I was promised that Apple would be paid for by my T-Mobile account

Well that worked for the first three months until today it just stopped working I was on the phone literally for almost 4 hours between TMobile and Apple transferred to a so-called tech from both divisions had the other person on the other phone they couldnt figure it out together?

Nobody seems to understand whats going on both parties say yes it should be working its the other guys fault but its not working thats the bottom line so its been escalated and will have to see if anything happens I got a customer service rep from both companies I got a tech supervisor from both companies it must be a software glitch somewhere very frustrating ?

Terrible online service directing me to do something I don’t want to do

All I wanted to do is exchange an incorrectly ordered watchband with my Apple Watch and apparently its not possible without a huge runaround after an hour on the phone. It is not really possible to go to a store to do this.

The colour of the metal band showed something different on my computer screen than I felt I had ordered along with the matching Apple Watch.

I have to return the whole watch which is now tied to a gift card and a lot of inconvenience for us, directed to me by employees who are not enabled to simply exchange the colour of a watch band. The process is likely to cost Apple much more than sending me a watchband.

I recently reported a scam subscription from an app called air brush. I reported it through the Apple claims platform where I got a status update on the claim saying that I have been refunded, however its been a week and the money has not be refunded back into my account.
