I went to apple. I purchased an iphone13 pro. And I thought my debit can apply in the installment basis. But it's not. That's why I decided to return the unit in the Apple Store. And one of your agent in the store assist to refund the money. Until now, it's not returning in my bank account the money. Then I chat my bank, and they are advising me that a merchant (apple) need to send a mail to my email for confirmation of the refund indicating the refund amount and date of refund authorization number and the last four digits of my card. So that they can process my refund and return my money in my account.

I called the phone was lost and I found our the phone still is working and the person stole it still using and the phone is marked as lost but still receiving calls and making calls IMEI 356548****01752

Issue with itunes

I am having trouble with iTunes I cant download anything off my phone. The iPhone has outdated December 2021 so I need to know how to get the iTunes put on my phone because I cannot download anything on my phone at all can I have someone to call me back at 313-768-**** thank you. Miss Brown

User's recommendation: No I would not recommend for future customers, because you have to pay for everything on device. I Phone cost to much money. If your phone break it doesn’t matter if you have a insurance plan You might as well buy a new phone because the price of getting your phone fixed you might will buy a new iPhone so it doesn’t matter if you have the insurance plan or plus it’s still gonna cost you more to get your iPhone fixed.

Overbilling erroneous charges I got a status update that stated that I needed to change my funding source me and my wife sold our house so everything is held up in escrow so I did something stupid and thought I paid off a credit card and it screwed up my funding source...

Do you still have that credit card? Not sure if you said you completely paid it off.

It happened to me. I was double charged and I put a temporary hold and contacted the merchant. That didn't turn out good so I filed a dispute with CC company. Get plenty of evidence and wait.

CC company will mail you their answer based on the company's response.

Merchant has 90 days to reissue the credit. If they never respond to the CC company your money gets credited to your card automatically

Trouble setting up my new phone

Calls and voicemail are carrier issues. Verizon needs to fix the problem.

Unless you are too far from the nearest tower. Wrong settings in your phone can cause problems as well. Sometimes simply resetting the phone can fix it but turn the phone completely off then on again. Sometimes that works.

Do not do a factory reset.

Verizon stores are everywhere and can help you better in person face to face. Call the store first don't just walk in unexpectedly as they may be packed with customers?
