I problem with resetting the home page
Amazon did that to me as you must have a credit card on file to have an account. Everytime I tried to cancel my credit card, they would not let me.
It would pop back up! It was difficult to cancel Amazon.. I found that Synchrony Bank handles the credit cards. So I cancelled Amazon but they kept my credit card activated in case I needed to buy from Amazon later.
I had to freeze my card and request a new card with different numbers. That way I didn't have to worry about them holding my card. Within 7 days my card with the new number came in. Freezing a card is the same as locking it.
It would be denied if they tried to mess me up by charging me for no reason.
Double charging is the norm for Amazon. I know this is about Apple (I have an iPhone) but you may need to freeze or lock the card immediately and get a new card with a different number.

Lock or freeze your card immediately and file a dispute with your CC company for this charge. I also had to get a new card with a different number.
That way you know they can't charge the card any further. It would be denied. File a dispute with CC company regarding the charge and let the CC company deal with them. Get as much evidence as you can.

I got my money back but they used the 90 days to go by before I got my refund. 90 days is a law you have to give them and they took the 90 days by not responding to my card company so they put the money back in my account.
Forgot my icloud password on my phone....my was in my packet and the number keep pressing off on the phone and shout down whan i try to reopen it i fot my apple password the reason for that i used the

Because of activity on my credit card I’m locked out of the App Store! I did receive a new credit card!

How long did you have it? Was it still under warranty?
Although screens may not be covered.
It cracked for no reason? Doesn't seem likely in their minds.
Approx 90 days. They claim that the user caused the crack.
Of course! No surprise there
