I was charged for a free trial
The Calm app offered me an *additional* 7-day trial subscription, explicitly stating several times that it would be a free trial ON TOP of the subscriptions and the free trial I had in the past. I clicked through the process, the App Store sent me the notification also showing a free trial, and I was IMMEDIATELY charged the $70 for the year subscription.
Without talking to an Apple billing representative on the phone, there is no way through Calms customer service, through Apple support, or through any of the automated means Apple offers to fix this.
I have had a lot of reasons to hate Apple over the couple of years Ive been using their products, but this has just solidified for me that I will never buy or use apple products ever again, and will be getting rid of my iPhone as soon as I have a chance. Absolute rubbish.

- Good for people with both low and very high technical knowledge
- Very easy to get trapped into paying for things
- Bad for users with mid-level tech knowledge
- Bad management
