Failure to secure apple password

I've been trying to get Apple assistance with my password for days and even volunteered to go to the Apple location with my identification.....nothing they can do. This really sucks!

I have the same experience with my I phone disabled since aug 10th and was supposed to get a text to link on the 23 aug and never received the text and contacted support again support was able to get me to i tunes and download from i tunes help and could not reset my password ect. I have to wait to Sept 21 for security reasons

I contacted Apple Care over a bad battery I got with my NEW MacBook Pro only d it 6 months and sent it in 3 different times they promised to fix it and sent it back SAME BAD BTTERY Talked to a Senior Care Specialest Lidia who was so rude and cut me off ext 110**** and did not know how to handle anyone. They called Tammy Krauss ext 114**** who acted like she would help me them acted like I don't even exist ALL NEW APPLE LAPTOPS HAVE BAD BATTERYS DONT BUY A NEW ONE THEY WONT HELP YOU OUT Mine was made in July last year I had also called them 4 times and wasted over 6 hours with them and a drive time of 2 hours and still they refuse to help in any way Apple is putting bad battery in ALL new laptops and wont stand behind them

You're the *** that enabled two factor authentication! Take it from someone who deals with people like you every *** day working for tech support.

Not apples fault you guys don't know how to control your accounts or read the terms and conditions when you enable this ***. All y'all pissy babies need to just be patient cause there's no way to speed it up.

I received an email from my bank saying that my account has been successfully linked to ApplePay, but I still get the same error message at the App Store when trying to purchase an app.

So, I will need to borrow a computer (again!) to try to update the payment information on my IPad Air 2 Apple account. That is, if I can get INTO my Apple account. Again, what an inefficient, annoying and ridiculous system!

While the service reps are as nice as can be, they were unable to help me, as were any of the senior supervisors.

Tried to buy Amazon movie app to watch a movie on my IPad Air 2. Kept getting message that I had to change my payment info on ITunes, as PayPal is not accepted. So I go do that, or so I thought. Nope, keep getting the same message. I call Apple, am told that I need a computer to change my paypal info to my debit card. Seriously?? So, I actually have a friend come over with a computer, only now, I cannot get into my Apple account, not no way, not no how. After I put in my password, it asks me my security questions EVERY TIME, then it says it needs to verify my e-mail, then it says it cannot verify my email now, try later (SCREAM!) So I call again. And the tech person who answers also cannot get into my account. So, more than 3 hours later, here I sit. On hold. Listening to really obnoxious hold music. Adding insult to injury. Tech came back after consulting with all the powers that be, and no. There is nothing that can be done at this time. I should try again in 24 hours. Or, I can just take advantage of the time I have left for Black Friday and go buy a Surface Pro like I should have in the first place!
