The man said he call me back which he didn't because I don't have the number if he calls what is it hard not to understand whatever got to do with apple.pay I did not purchase and I would like a refund for it

I was charged with out consent for some stupid app for palm reader that I didnt download Ive complained and nobody will refund my $9.66 it is seriously not a lot of money but they are acting like it m asking for a million. Its ridiculous how much back and forth with this person and that person. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Waited on hold for 10 minutes.

Maybe don't download random apps that create this type of situation. Itunes doesn't just add an app then charge you. As far as the 10 minute wait seriously grow up.

Spent over $10,000 on iPhones to continue having the problem over the past two years of hacking, Spoofing is getting worse Apple ID , phone compromise . It seems to be any time I would call for Apple support I would receive numerous calls from Apple while on hold with the Apple advisor removing hacking device. Also many unknown device controls device from cars to homes don’t by or trust apple products through iPhones home is unauthorized smart app against apple has many issues with security think twice .

Failing to see how this is Apple’s fault. You broke the service contract which clearly states that using an non authorized Apple provider/parts would void your warranty.

I had 10 different apple "advisors" in the past 2 weeks as somehow my new iPad seems to have screwed my email. I have talked with my internet provider 5 different advisor, my finer provider more than 6 times.

I also have had the travelling advisor twice which cost me $100 and the fibre tech in my home, who pronounced all well.I figure between on hold and talking to useless advisors I have spent over 100 hr,This the last straw. Im returning my iPad which started this whole circus and Apple has seen at the last of me and my money.

Advisors seem to feel they are at the right hand of god. Good riddance

I went to the Apple Ginza store to make purchase. Since I knew exactly what I wanted I expected it to be a simple, quick transaction. First problem was finding a staff member to talk to. There were lots of staff, easily identified by red shirts, but they were all chatting with each other. This is despite the store being full of customers. When I finally prized a clerk away from his important personal conversation, he directed me to join a milling crowd of people that he amusingly called a queue. I asked him why there was such a huge queue, and he said because of all the Chinese. Wtf? There was a huge queue because staff were swanning around rather than serving customers. Since when is the nationality of a customer to blame for poor service? Since when is that sort of comment acceptable? Does Apple disdain Chinese customers in particular. On joining the poorly managed queue, I experienced a fifteen minute wait until a staff member came and took my order on an iPad. That part took 15 seconds. Then she told me I would need to wait an hour to be be handed my purchase. I then walked out. I'm not paying a premium to be treated this way. On the way out, I noticed other customers in the queue beginning to argue and pick fights. Apple really need to do something about this store if they value their reputation. I noticed many other complaints about this store online. I tweeted Apple regarding the racist comments by their staff, but they didn't answer. I guess that means they are ok with that sort of behaviour.

Apple tried to hustle me

I dropped my phone in clean water. It was only in the water for a few seconds. I dried the phone out for a week. When I went to turn it on, but it wouldnt. I made an appointment and drove an hour to the Tigard, Oregon apple dealer. I waited for an hour even though I had an appointment. When I did finally see someone, they would not look at the phone and immediately said that Iphones cant be repaired. I said that I didnt think that was correct. He insisted that it was true. He then tried to hustle me to buy a new phone instead. I said that I would at least like to try to repair my phone. And he again said no, that they couldnt be repaired. I left and immediately went to another place that was not an Apple dealer. They looked at the phone and tried to replace the battery. The phone immediately came on. The battery cost me only $26.00, Apple tried to hustle me into buying a new phone instead of looking at the one I had. Disgusting business tactics.

Apple ITunes allows fraudulent use of credit cards

Someone used our credit card number to purchase 6 $100 and 1 $25 gift cards on line at Apple ITunes. I spent more than 1 hour (must of that time on hold!) trying to get this worked out. They admitted the card information did not match the account information but they still let the charges go through. They refuse to reimburse the $625 they charged our credit card. They refuse to tell us who made the purchase. They are protecting criminals! Their excuse: they aren't the police. What kind of company so blatantly protects the criminals just so they can make a dollar? This is not a company that I would ever do business with! I have thought about over the years of switching to Apples products. That won't be happening after experiencing how they treat people.

Apple iTunes CS is a scham!!

Itunes support is the worst customer service I have ever encountered!! I thought centurylink was bad. I forgot to cancel my itunes account and got a charge so I said I am a single mom and cannot afford this charge can you do a courtesy refund....one time put on hold and then it hung up, 2xs immediate hang ups... on with apple support now....they want to trandsfer me to itunes support. I am like nooooo, supervisor please!! Apple support hung up on me after I was put on hold for a supervisor, the girl came back, saud it was a mistake that we reconnected and put me back on hold. She trannsfered me to itunes support. I am no dummy because I got a disconnect in the same time frame of listening to the music!! the toll free number offered on the bank statemt is just a recording and a hangup. you actually get a itunes rep, they hang up.... immediately or they put you on hold and you listen to music, then it disconnects. this is horrible. Btw, i went in immediately and cancelled the subscription.

Apple ID - Incredibly disappointed Apple customer

I have never felt so truly disappointed in a company. I am 20 years old and began studying abroad 2 weeks ago. One week ago, I lost my phone and upon trying to use Apple ID on findmyiphone, I realized I no longer remembered the correct password. I called apple to reset my password and the customer service member had me restore my account - a process he told me would take close to 24 hours or 3 days at maximum. This is a very difficult situation for me as I am in a city I don't know alone and trying to make friends. I am unable to do so due to the fact that I no longer have contact information for anyone I met thus far (and it is unlikely we will meet again because it is a city full of people) and do not have maps or directions. On day 3, I called Apple because I still did not have access to my account. The very dismissive and unhelpful customer service member told me I would not be able to access my account for 2 weeks and that there was nothing I could do to speed up the process. Already dealing with a difficult adjustment period to adapting to a foreign country, Apples neglection to let me into my account has made my experience lonely, lost, and more expensive for this financially strained college student. The second customer service member I talked to said the first member I talked to was wrong. Well, in this waiting period of misinformation I could have bought a new phone or looked into other options. Instead, all hope for finding my lost phone is lost as surely after 3 weeks, it will be gone. This situation has cost me money and time I simply cannot afford. No compensation was offered at all. My family has always used apple products - between all of our phones and laptops over the years, we have invested thousands in this company. I truly feel like this experience has showed me that Apple has a lack of value in its customers. For one of the "most successful and brightest" companies in today's world, I think it should be able to unlock a passcode in under 3 weeks (I offered my social security card, passport, credit card, etc. to varify identification. Still "there is nothing we can do"). After this experience, I can't say that I will ever buy an Apple product ever again. In this incredibly difficult period of change for a young student, Apple is hindering my ability to be successful. Incredibly disappointed.
