Apple - Battery replacement a sham

Despite trying to get a battery replaced, following Apple’s directions and jumping thru multiple hoops - still no new battery. They make it difficult to do and provide very poor customer communication.

Apple - Zero customer service

I went into Apple to purchase home pod. They are out of stock. My sales person did not even offer to order it for me and have it shipped. I drive two hours to get it. Such stuck up creeps
