AirPod pros are too loud on phone calls. Even at the lowest volume setting, sometimes on a conference call other peoples voices hurt my ears. And you cannot turn the volume down low enough to make it comfortable. Thats ridiculous. There are lots of complaints on Apples website but no resolution offered. They have some articles that dont actually help you.

Blackpods - Faulty product and No customer support.

I ordered a pair of Blackpods( Airpods in Black from a company called Blackpods). The products looks clean and an exact copy of Apple Airpods in Black color. However, the quality and the built of this product is mediocre and these pods started to overheat within 30 mins of use. I tried contacting the customer service and I even called on the number posted on their website(213) 373-****) but of no luck. This is a pure waste of money and a knock off product be aware and DO NOT PURCHASE this item. This is a scam.

It's been 46 days since I made my order. I filed a dispute 10 days ago and Pay Pal keeps pushing my resolution date out just like the seller is doing. The "tracking" number isn't actual showing any tracking info, it just updates the "delivery" date to tomorrows date...the item was either never actually sent or doesn't exist and after 46+ days I should get my refund. The lack of service I have received from Pay Pal is unacceptable. The fact that this is a "company" and they don't have a single person who can connect with me to help LET ALONE give me my refund like it's stated on their website. Pay Pal is as sketchy as the fraud companies they support and I am mind blown they can get away with treating customers like this.

Awful. I emailed about 5 times about a product I never received and did not get a response. I called today and once I told them the issue they disconnected me. I called again and all I heard was music on the line. It was a shame in my opinion.

Y’all sold me airpods that were advertised as refurbished and they’re not real airpods at all. I bought them and re-sold them for $100 each pair. Now people are threatening to take me to court. I no longer have the money to refund these people and y’all need to make it right and refund me $100 per pair that I bought and make this right. Or I can get y’all for false advertisement! I’m serious! CALL ME 140*-***-**** I’m getting pissed

Ordered I-pod for son. Wasn’t shipped in timeframe quoted so I thought system would cancel sale. It should have canceled as per their shipping policy which was visible at time of purchase. It arrived late; was broken. Return policy is NOT clearly stated on “Bill of Sale” (i.e., is not clearly stated as 3 days after receipt when you’re entering payment). I would never take that risk without a guarantee that said item is “as described”. 3 days-Not really a sufficient window. Tried to contact Customer Service through the Ap several times and the prompt button didn’t work; called & they don’t answer phones on weekends so finally got e-mail and filed an inquiry with ALL information and rep “closed” the inquiry (return request) and said info wasn’t received. Called again during their business hours & was DISCONNECTED. Filed a SECOND return request and threatened an Attorney General Complaint and a “chargeback.” Now, they’re getting back “to me in 24 hours.” ABSOLUTELY absurd & they will NOT scam me. I feel the roadblocks to remedy (and read: refund) are purposely created to defraud the consumer. There are laws regarding consumer protection & I believe Mercari operates in “bad faith” and takes advantage of unsuspecting consumers with their unfair business practices. AND I want a refund for mos-advertised (broken) product.

Follow up ko lang po yung refund item po dahil ito ay defective. The microphone is not working properly and also the remote volume. I ordered the item oct. 16, 2018 then i recieved it oct. 17. Then i checked the quality of the iphone earphone (the item I bought) which costs P1,790, I've noticed that the item has defect so i decided to refund it but till now i do not recieve a notice from lazada after i dropped the item in 7/11 dongalo branch. The return no of it is 201069****59322. The order no is 208784****59322. The tracking no is 631621****1901****. I need it to be refund immediately. I used a debit card as a payment for the item.
