my wife is 80 years old.she has 2 ipads. that she can not use.I bought her a new one about a year ago.she forgot her user name (email account) and password.her I pads are her only enjoyment.i have been on the phone and computer with apple support for 2 weeks now trying to fix this problem.to no avail.I don't know what to do next.this is wrong on apples part.this has me made me very angry.does anyone have any suggestions about this problem.if so.you can e mail me at(tsar1934@hotmail.com.i would appreciate any help i can get.thank you

So your wife forgot her user name and password and you expect someone to pull it out of their rear to fix it for you? Awe snowflake, that's not how anything works.
