Brightstar Device Protection - Keeps sending *** phones
first my iphone 6s broke pay them $200 they send me a *** refurbished phone which began malfunctioning seconds into using it I called they send another refurbished phone and guess what thats malfunctioning too and then they finally send a new device. Now I lost my iphone X pay them $420 and guess what same *** refurbished phone and now I have to deal with this *** again. read their website "often new phones but on OCCASION be refurbished". Got there *** refurbished phones 2 times already and now lets see if they keep dicking around again WORST COMPANY EVER fido messed up.
