I spent $600 on an Apple iPhone 6 Plus after 14 months it dropped calls no one could hear me and many other problems I spent multiple hours at the Apple store for them to finally tell me they wanted another $300 for a new Apple phone they were rude talk down to people and not sympathetic I thought I was buying a superior product I'm 52-year-old professional and I would never treat anybody the way they treated me. i've had many phones in my life and never had one that had such a short lifespan and absolutely no support from the Apple Store in university town center San Diego ... I don't know what was worse having the phone fail after 14 months or the horrible degrading service that the Apple employees provided me after waiting hours to see them multiple times with no success on them fixing my phone or repairing it and anyway
