Someone used our credit card number to purchase 6 $100 and 1 $25 gift cards on line at Apple ITunes. I spent more than 1 hour (must of that time on hold!) trying to get this worked out.

They admitted the card information did not match the account information but they still let the charges go through. They refuse to reimburse the $625 they charged our credit card. They refuse to tell us who made the purchase. They are protecting criminals!

Their excuse: they aren't the police. What kind of company so blatantly protects the criminals just so they can make a dollar? This is not a company that I would ever do business with!

I have thought about over the years of switching to Apples products. That won't be happening after experiencing how they treat people.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Talked to me like i was a 2 year old.
