iTunes asks me for my password (it is very awkward to type; the password shows only last letter so the process is irritating and error prone). I finally managed to enter it. Then it sends a code to my iPhone and tells me to enter it. This was easier as the entire code...

Apple did refund the money and issued a credit for a new movie. At this point I am satisfied and have no issues with Apple anymore.

Apple - Locked Out

1.0
Details
I’ve spent a few hours trying to get into my account after unauthorized access. Not only did the three different “second level techs” give me different “solutions”, but none of them called me back as promised AND I AM STILL LOCKED OUT of my iTunes account!!!

Espn - Subsciptions

I received an e-mail purportedly from you, it stated that i had signed up to a 30 day trail for live sports and scores on the 15th November 2018. I am not a sport fan and would never sign up for this, it said unless i cancel by December 15th 2018 i would be charged $19:99 per month for the service. I tried to cancel it but i couldn't and when i e-mailed it said "thank you for your purchase with your ITUNES account" intimating that i was going ahead with it. I live in England and would not have purchased this, which leads me to believe it is scam mail. I am letting you know in case others have this problem and you are aware. If you wish to contact me please use my e - mail which i have provided with the reference "WILD" so i know that it is from a trusted source. Regards, Mrs Dee Phillips

Apple - If I cancel my card I can’t watch what I’ve already paid for

1.7
Details
I’ll never buy from ITunes again. I’ve bought many movies on ITunes but due to a cancelled card, it refuses to let me watch what I already OWN because my billing info isn’t up to date. I don’t want my billing info with ITunes unless I want to buy something. My 7 year old racked up $56 on my iTunes account and I was only refunded $17. I contacted iTunes as soon as the charges hit my account and they still wouldn’t refund even half. I’m switching to droid.

Apple - Ridiculous itunes experience

I bought a cognition app from a company HQ, not knowing it was sold by itunes. When I canceled my subscription within the allowed 30 days, because the App didn't work, it was still on my Amex bill. When Amex disputed the charge, itunes disallowed use of my Amex card, that messed up initiating my iphone 7, made it impossible to purchase from itunes. Their excuse was that they reported it as must mean card was fraudulently used. Their solution given by some arrogant supervisor was to pay for the app I wasn't using, and then get a refund (grr) or cancel my Amex card that is saved in a number of places (Grr). Seriously, they had no option to correct that? A multi billion dollar company and someone in itunes can't say, oh yes that wasn't a fraud report?

So here is the low down with disputing charges with your credit card and Apple (iTunes): If you dispute the charge aka not contact Apple, then the iTunes support team automatically removes your credit card and blacklists that card in their systems so that you can NEVER use that card again without calling Apple Support. You may also need to go through periodic checkups with iTunes Support if you continue to use it. No where is it documented in the iTunes Terms and Conditions, this is inside information.
