There's no such thing as accidentally purchasing anything on eBay. You should work things out with your seller.

Buyer wrongly claimed refund as item not as described, although everything was as I described He just could not log out from iCloud set on my laptop yet every made me pay back After 2 weeks he returned my laptop damaged, when I contacted him he said this is how he got it, but he never claimed of any physical damage, only software issue iMac is damaged and he is not responding Why you are so not right with seller, why u refunded him quickly even before my item returned ? I ask to get my laptop as it was or money back and never let this buyer trade.

My complaint is the seller I bought from sent me a item that she sold to Me misrepresented and was not what she advertised. She was selling a MacBook Air 2019 in original box and what I got was a MacBook Air 2017 with no original box. I am fed up with waiting and feel violated from company and seller. I have been begging for a return label and refund for the past two days because of this scam. She did not send me a MacBook Air 2019 she sent me a MacBook Air 2017, which is mal advertisement and against the policy for Mercari. Item ID is m74443843395, also seller admitted it and said she will refund me and apologized as well.

User's recommendation: Be careful from scammers.

Mecari are rip offs when it comes to buyers. They release our money to Sellers if the item damage or not recieved

i submitted my computer for a battery replacement. they said they did. it never worked with the new battery. they said i should use my laptop from now on as a desktop was the only option they gave me. i took it somewhere else and they immediately said it was a battery problem. they replaced the battery and it now works. i paid the same price, twice, for the exact same problem. ubreakifix does not fix anything. ubreakifix are lairs. avoid this company at all costs. they take no responsibility for the problems that THEY create. i think their stores are a front for something else, not computer repairs. dont be fooled by their appearance

User's recommendation: AVOID ubreakifix AT ALL COST TO YOURSELF.

I purchased a refurbished MacBook from Groupon and what I received was a laptop that had NOT been refurbished and had security software and locks on it belonging to a school district in Illinois. Groupon told me they would deposit $53 Groupon Bucks in my account and I could keep the laptop. First off, I paid $268. Second, it's basically a really nice doorstop with someones security lock on it. After arguing with these idiots all day demanding that they overnight me what I paid for as they were guilty of fraud...they deleted my account, emailed me all my unused vouchers and suddenly really wanted me to return the laptop for a refund. At this point I'm REALLY pissed and have told them they need to go get a *** job cleaning toilets because that's obviously all they're qualified for. I had also proceeded to file a fraud complaint with the federal Trade Commission just prior to their suddenly wanting this computer back so badly. additionally, they removed two separate posts I made to their Facebook page warning other consumers of their dishonest dealings and refusal to immediately ship me what I paid for via overnight delivery. At this point, I suspect that the laptop may be stolen and that Groupon knew it was not functional. I have contacted police in the town who's school district appeared as the registered owner when I attempted to set the computer up.

this is why i dont buy high $ electronics---you're still out in the cold when it screws up....many yrs ago when vcrs were the thing i went thru a lot of cheap ones...then finally decided to buy a "good one" a 4300 sony....it didnt last 2 mos.

my Apple air purchased in Jan 2016 started having problems starting up( was fully charged) within one year after I bought it. Interestingly when I took it to the store they pushed the start button and it did start !!. 5 month later again fully charged but never started again. it was 5 month out of warranty. I did not purchase extended warranty because I have had a vey good experience with Mac Pro which never had a major problem. they told me it cost 450-475 to repair. they refused to even give me a discount as a loyal customer who bought multiple apple products I ended up buying a new Mac Pro , total spend on new purchase and of course warranty $ 1700 . paid $ 100 for micro center to back up the dataI had already paid $1000 for the Mac Air. so within 15 month 2800 for 2 computers. Apple customer care did want to give any discount although staff in the store advised me to call for an override because it is very new computer.
