I been having trouble unlocking my phone because my I cloud account been disabled. I been trying to reset my password several times.

They still said my security questions was wrong, and they aren't. They even said my date of birth was wrong (which was one of my security question). So I chatted with the apple customer service representative, and she said the only way to unlock it was to have proof of purchase of my phone and the name of the carrier. Well I ordered it 3 years ago I don't still have that stuff.

So she said she couldn't do anything else for me. So my I phone never got fixed, and that all I could stress about all day was my phone. I need it to order the Uber or I can't get home Sunday nights.

I was something more could have been done. Why couldn't she of helped reset my ID and password?
