Purchased a new I Phone 6s+ from consumer cellular with a 1 year warranty. 4 weeks later the phone went dead.
Called consumer cellular and they told me to take it to an apple store. Apple inspected the phone and said it has a defective mother board. They demand I provide proof that I even owed this phone. Said they did not have this phone in stock and and told me to take it to my local apple store in green hills nashville, tn.
Took it to them on 7-5-19 and I asked if they had this phone in stock and the girl said yes.
After waiting about 3 hours to talk to tech I was told they would replace my broken phone but they did not have it in stock and it would take 5 to 7 days to get another one. I called consumer cellular on 7-9-19 and they carry this phone in stock.
Apple service/warranty SUCKS.....BEWARE!!!!!!
