Apple iphone6 plus what horrible service at Apple Store in University town center San Diego

I spent $600 on an Apple iPhone 6 Plus after 14 months it dropped calls no one could hear me and many other problems I spent multiple hours at the Apple store for them to finally tell me they wanted another $300 for a new Apple phone they were rude talk down to people and not sympathetic I thought I was buying a superior product I'm 52-year-old professional and I would never treat anybody the way they treated me. i've had many phones in my life and never had one that had such a short lifespan and absolutely no support from the Apple Store in university town center San Diego ... I don't know what was worse having the phone fail after 14 months or the horrible degrading service that the Apple employees provided me after waiting hours to see them multiple times with no success on them fixing my phone or repairing it and anyway

NEW APPLE RETNA DISPLAYS TOO DARK/TOO DIMM, CAUSING EYE STRAIN AND ALTERED VISION

The new Apple products, that just launched with "Retna Displays" are way too dimm/too dark for regular use. I have good eye sight and just after a half hour to one hour use, my vision is impared when looking up and walking away from the macbook or ipad. I'm returning the items for refund tomorrow. I have tested and retested, even went into apple store and tried multiple units and same occurred. I found that the "Brightness Adjustment" on the retna display products is limited to a level of brightness that is just too dark for regular usage. The old Apple products did not have this proplem, it's a retna display issue and one that is causing problems. I have friends with apple products that are saying the same, and they too are returning their new products to Apple for a refund. I understand that Apple just lost 2 key executives today. What's going on with this company? Grrrr!!! -Karl in CA

Apple - Itunes terrible policies

"I bought 3 movies from iTunes. Could not download them. Don't know why. ITunes error for some reason. Tried many times, always error messages. Then I got a new computer. Downloaded ITunes again. All my stuff had been erased! It was an ordeal to get back all the music I had lost. Then I tried talked with itunes custumer service about the 3 movies I was never able to download and they said it was past the 60 day limit on returns. Their hands were tied apparently. (Give me a break, they can't issue a credit for 3 movies? They CAN'T? Get real). On top of that, their continuous 'polite' e-mails are tiring because they are not backed up with a real desire to do right by the customer. It's not enough that they virtually monopolize the market. I wouldn't even mind that, except for all the technical errors, non-user friendly interfaces and lack of willingness to do right by the customer in such an obvious case where they should justrefund me my money for movies I could never download. Or give me a credit, I would even be happy with that. Bad procedure itunes."
