It's the worst experience ever.
I can't log in or even log out. I keep being prompted to type in a password to an inactive device. I've requested access more times than I can count and I'm not even allowed to reset my password. My conversations with customer service have proved to no avail and I'm left stranded.
If this is how the Apple experience is, then I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. I had even requested for my iPad to be reset to factory settings in order to see if it would work, but I only got a complicated response that I don't even see the options for on my device.

I was refunded for the premium Zoom purchase I made. The claim status shows refunded, but it's been more than a week since the refund date and I haven't been alerted by my bank. I checked as well and I have not received the money, 149 USD.

The IFSO unit of the special cell police department has become the new face of extortion. Until last year, DCP Prashant Priya Gautam had extorted 500 crores in the IFSO branch of Delhi. In this, money was collected with the help of DCP KPS Malhotra, due to which all of them were transferred to other departments. Now, DCP Hemant Tiwari is also following the same footsteps and like the first pair, Special CP Upadhyay is also fully supporting this. ACP Manish Jorwal is also supporting him. Their target is to collect 1000 crores because Special CP Upadhyay is retiring in November and with this aim and speed, they are extorting money. These people have made many benami properties in Delhi NCR.
At the beginning of the year, DCP Hemant Tiwari filed a case against a person named Mohit Bansal and recovered Rs 5 crore and then recovered Rs 3 crore from his partner Mohit Custom. Brokers like Lokesh Munjal, Arpan Gupta are involved in this. A few days ago, ED raided Arpan Gupta's house. According to sources, Arpan Gupta is also involved in criminal activities. He also gets the accounts of bookies opened through his special police personnel on a commission basis. The names of IFSO's ACP Manish Jorwal and Inspector Sandeep Panwar have come up in this. These police personnel have been making people a part of their conspiracy for a long time! There should be an inquiry against DCP Hemant Tiwari!
We are keeping our identity secret because these people can harm us with money and power. We will keep giving more important information! Our aim is to bring this to the attention of the right authorities so that these goonda guards and gangster methods of extorting money are stopped and proper action can be taken against the criminals and an inquiry can be conducted against those who are misusing their position!

3wks ago I reported to Apple that I had a right side ear bud that didnt work, spoke to a advisor who tried to fix the fault however he could not fix the problem. And this is where my biggest problems started, Apple said they would send out a replacement right side ear bud out.
They did send out a courier to deliver the new one (no one was at home when the courier company called (Ups) so nothing was left with me only a card in my letter box which the writing was so bad no one could read it not even anybody at Apple..
So Apple decided to sent out another one for me into wk 2 nothing arrived again and when I looked online where it was with the courier company it was again sent out by Apple with (Ups).
So back on the phone again only to be told by Apple they are investigating what has happened ( by the way on the website by (Ups said it had been delivered to Knutsford and Stuart had taken receipt of it) nobody at Apple had any idea where in Knutsford it was or who Stuart is..Into wk 3 we go
Apple tell me they are still investigating the matter my problem is I dont care what they are investigating Im still waiting for my delivery and my product is under guarantee until mid 2025. This has been a complete farce from start to finish..And Ive had more than enough chasing around Apple..Their problem is not my problem I just need the replacementI am going to download all the paper proof I have
Unfortunately I cant find recipe of purchase but Apple had the serial number of the product, I think it was at least 8mths ago I got the ear buds..

It should not take someone so long to be able to change their password to access their account. Why does it go from 23 hours to 7 days, or 5 days to access an account to change the password?
But Apple does not waste time taking money from people's accounts.
It's not making sense at all. I want to access my account now.

Apple won't give me a refund
I reached out to Apple through their refund process about refunding me $150 for 2 subscriptions. The one subscription was calm.
It states 69.99/6.99 a month which is very misleading. It makes you feel like your paying $6.99 monthly Another app my kid downloaded, I wasn't aware. Coincidence they're both almost $75 each including tax. I called them and I'm like I didn't authorize.
They don't care. Their greedy. Thats predatory the way they go after customers debit cards, the WeiRd part they know as soon as you get a direct deposit. I'm fed up.
I needed the money for groceries. Who does people this this?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The information was partially updated.
As least is not longer posted as Permantly Closed. The website address still wrong.
Since the last 2 weeks clients have brought to my attention that my business appears on Apple Map as PERMANENTLY CLOSED. I tried to open an account to run my business in Apple Map Business, but the software doesn't allow it and cancels all my requests. I do not use an Apple cell phone but I have asked several people to request a correction of information in the app. The Apple Map Team don't fix it.
I called customer service 1800 number and explained the problem, and they can't help, nor do they provide an email. I'm on a dead end street. Apple does not allow me to make corrections as the business owner, and they continue to harm me by saying that my location is PERMANENTLY CLOSED. And there are many more small business owners like me, affected with this same problem, and other problems as change of address , business totally erased from the map, wrong websites, etc.
What's wrong with Apple? People trust that the information this company provides is correct and current.
