Hello Im Nasra from Tanzania,my device blocked to using Snapchat Im trying to unblock but its seems like the Snapchat cannot unblock,and its because of someone reporting me for no reason,jealous,my account is back but I cant login to this device

Money was taken from my account by your entity and I dont know how it happen and I need explanation. And I want to know what this Apple bill is about.

I got double billed on my payment for HBO Max, which cost me $20 in total when it was only supposed to be $10.

I keep getting billed for unnecessary charges on my new card, which I recently replaced. I'm not seeing what I'm subscribed to on my end, and yet still Apple keeps taking unnecessary funds from my card.

I called for support, which was not much of a help, so to speak. Each day, funds keep being taken from my account, and I'm not being refunded for multiple transactions.

I attached a few images there, and that's not even the few charges that have been taken from my account. There are many others.

When I purchased an item on Facebook, I received an alert from Apple saying I had been hacked. I need verification that this, in fact, came from Apple. Let me know, please.

I'm supposed to get a refund and in December I was billed on the 2th it should be the 3th can you please make the correction

I want my money back why should apple charges me extra money from my personal account please I want.

My experience led me to decide to change from iPhone to Samsung or android to me it seems too much of a hassle to do a simple task as changing a password locate an email changing a phone number. You have to go through all this process of a waiting time 3 to 4 days.

Unacceptable as we speak now I have no Apple account. I have half use of an Apple phone on an iPhone so this led me to change and start to use either android or Samsung.
