AirPod pros are too loud on phone calls

AirPod pros are too loud on phone calls. Even at the lowest volume setting, sometimes on a conference call other peoples voices hurt my ears. And you cannot turn the volume down low enough to make it comfortable. Thats ridiculous. There are lots of complaints on Apples website but no resolution offered. They have some articles that dont actually help you.

User's recommendation: Do not buy the Apple AirPods Pro.

36 months , of rebooting, reinstalling,Os and IOS on 7 iPhone SE’s, An 8, an X , 5 Xs ‘s, 3 Mac mini’s, and numerous external backup drives and numerous networking devices and back up drives.

iPhone and iPad keep defaulting to factory settings and constant verification of my AID and passwords. Continues reinstall of os and iOS as the fix to problems.litteraly every 4 weeks on each device. Old photos appear out of no wear that have been deleted or never saved. Support constantly asks to verify the same issues when its been explained a 100 times. Im aloud 5 devices with 1 ID to play music yet it constantly tells me to upgrade to family or turns off if Im not sitting in front of my screen. Constantly has issues with sound being distorted on one day then plays good on another. Then it Tells me I cant play music saved or it needs to be down loaded again , and then my pay methods need to be verified a 100 times or Apple Pay is not set and the settings change as it pleases.

User's recommendation: Don’t buy this junk with hidden conditions and constant issues.

Apple Pencil and iPhone SE - ouchy wouchy my *** is grouchy

so I put the apple pencil up my *** and now it DOESN'T WORK. why would you make a product that isn't *** proof? so then I tried to take a picture of it with my iPhone SE but I dropped it in the toilet and now it DOESN'T WORK. why would you make a product that isn't toilet proof? so then I tried to grab my phone out of the toilet but I realized I'm allergic to toilet water so I burned my hand and now it DOESN'T WORK. why isn't my hand toilet water proof? anyways, I love apple and I can't wait to drop my iPhone 11 in the toilet.

Upgrade

Mandatory upgrade on apple iPhone, and it crashes my aol email. Was working fine before the upgrade. Causes total chaos with my work, personal email, everything. Thank you so much for making me spend my time trying to fix your problem, Apple. I am writing more words because I am required to by Pissed Consumer. I have no idea why there is a minimum word requirement but I am trying to accommodate what seems to be a ridiculous, and questionable requirement. Does any one else feel this way? I do. Quite frankly, I am now finding it hard to come up with additional information, or words, for that matter, to meet this minimum word requirement established by pissed consumer. I hope I now have done so, so that I can stop typing.

Had a very bad experience with iMac

I like to use gadgets of Apple and one month ago I bought iMac and from the very first day it was having a problem with the touch even after sending it to the service center nothing good happened, it just worked properly for 2 to 3 days.... Now I don't even know where I have thrown away my iMac but it's a shame that such great brands are making such mistakes while making their gadgets...... I will like to request to the brand as I am a freaking fan of this brand so the should respect the feelings of their customers and work on their gadgets properly........ it will be better for them and for the customers too.

Bad experience with Apple Store customer service

I'm currently having a problem with my 2007 iMac. It shuts down after a few minutes of having it on and some days it won't turn on at all. I went to the Apple store and explained exactly this and even mentioned that it's a 2007 iMac. The girl said for me to book an appointment with the genius bar so that they can have a look at it. I booked the appointment a few weeks later and brought it in. When I was finally able to get some help, I explained everything that was wrong with it. He told me a list of other places that I could take it to to have it fixed. He didn't even have a look at it or try turning it on or anything. It's as if he wasn't interested in helping me and wanted me out of there so that he can move on to the next customer. He asked if I wanted someone to help me with it and I said yes thinking that someone could have a look at it. Another employee comes by saying they were told that I needed help bringing it back to my car... Not what I wanted at all. I knew going into it that it's an old computer and there might not be much that can be done, but I thought they would at least have a look at it. Even the girl I spoke to initially told me to bring it in to have it looked at! I would have never made the appointment to come in if I knew they would just tell me to go somewhere else. It's disappointing after being an Apple customer for so many years.

Getting Charged for Monthly Music

I wrote before to be discontinued from your monthly charges for music!! I signed up for the 3 month free trial a long tome ago and have been billed monthly ever since. Please stop this service, I do not want it. It would be nice to get reimbursed as well. I am sure this is a great service for other people, but it is not for me. If anyone would be able to help me out I would appreciate it. Again I have tried contacting the company before, with no success, please would someone respond to this enquiry this time. Apple one to one

Had a $99.00 unused certificate and they dropped the program and won't refund or credit the money. I spoke to them and they were going to look into it by a supervisor waited 6 weeks and never heard a thing back. So then I decided to take it to the Better Business Bureau. Better business bureau closed the complaint and sided with them that it could have been returned in 14 days. But there is no expiration on using this, so it seems like it is a certificate but is unusable do to their actions. I wonder the amount of money from unused and not honored certificates they have kept. Very upsetting you would think they would have good customer relations.

It actually was 1 year ago not years ago, and it should never expire since in California gift cards do not ever expire for their original value which in this case is 99.00. But Apple needs the 99.00 more than me I guess.

Duping Customers

I had smashed my iphone 6 in Mumbai. I took the number of an authorized service centre from a dial up service. One guy from the service centre came picked up my phone and returns it after three days stating i will require to buy a new piece as it is out of warranty. I send the phone to another authorized centre and they were will to replace the phone but states that the phone has been tampered with. I am completely clueless as to how has tampered with the phone. Is this the job of a few apple authorized centre? Apple should be made answerable.....

Have you contacted AppleCare directly at 800-275-****? Have you contacted Apple Customer Relations?

When you supposedly brought your phone to this Apple Authorized Service Provider the first time, did you retain your authorized repair work order? If not there is not much you can do as Apple see's it that you took it to an UNauthorized Service Dealer who may have used 3rd party parts on the phone.

Can no longer play my purchased music on iPhone

Since the last iTunes update, I can no longer play songs I previously PURCHASED from the iTunes store stored on my iPhone 5s. The new music app only allows me to play a small subset of my purchased music via either WIFI or connected via my data plan. This really angers me. I feel Apple is trying to force me to take their new Apple music plan of $10 per month which I have no interest in. Pissed off Dave

My iCloud is locked for security reasons

I purchased an i phone 6 and gave my 4s to my wife, I created a new Id for my wife's 4s and by mistake entered the same Id password which was for my Apple Id. After that my iCloud screen stopped functioning and turned grey. I think my wife's Id was replaced by mine but it's showing my Id on my iPhone 6 with my wife's name on top.I made several calls to customer care for past one month, they tried everything to change my password but it didn't work. I Tried to sign out also but it's asking for a valid password which I am not able to create. I even sent my iPhone 6 invoice so that the customer care is able to unlock my phone. I think no one is serious about this at the customer care.

You and your wife can have two separate IDs with the same password. Having the same password will not affect the accounts.
