i can't give you an update for Transamerica right now but i can tell you about another shady company called Apple Inc. I bought a pair of Beats earphones from T-mobile less than five months later the part that goes around the ears broke off call T-mobile and they told me to call Powerbeats so i did a online chat told them my issue i was told that if after their investigation it shows physical damage that i would have to pay out of pocket to have them fixed i told her that if the the earphone still works without the part that goes around the ear to me that means they're still in good working condition what made me know that no matter the outcome i was going to be charged a fee to fix them they sent my earphone back with a note stating that they tried to reach me to see if i wanted to do an out of warranty service because they found an issue that wasn't mention on the original repair request and that my product isn't working correctly because it has accidental damage so i asked what kind of accidental damage i have yet to get any kind of an explanation what's funny if my earphone wasn't working correctly then why am i still able to hear thru them without any problems, dealing with so many shady companies i knew they was going to concoct a story ( create or devise ) which i believe they did and no mater what the outcome would be after there investigation i still was going to be charge a fee to fix it.

I'm going to take my earphones to another store to find out whether or no they're telling me the truth for there sake i hope they're telling the truth and not trying to con me out of my money.and paid them to see if this company wasn't trying to con me out of my money i contacted T-mobile told them what's was going on that this company actually think i would come out of my pocket to pay for there defected product well they need to rethink that there's no way in the world that i'm going to keep paying 8.34 a month for two years for a product that is a inconvenience because i constantly have to keep putting it back on my ear in message to T-mobile i asked them to see if they can find a solution to this issue so that i don't have to keep paying that shady company any more of my money if not then after over 16 yrs i have been a loyal customer that i will close my account pay off the bill except for the Beats and the only they would get any money from me for the Beats is to take me to court and let the judge tell me whether or not to pay those crooks i would rather closed my account and get a free government phone before i pay for those earphones. This has been a long journey first fingerhut then people gas,comEd,then Globe life ,Transamerica,T-mobile,then the postal service and the landlord that took over my previous resident each one i settle out of court without prejudice told you i'm like a dog with a bone and you know you don't try and take it cause you just about know that it will go the defense
