I contacted Apple Care over a bad battery I got with my NEW MacBook Pro only d it 6 months and sent it in 3 different times they promised to fix it and sent it back SAME BAD BTTERY Talked to a Senior Care Specialest Lidia who was so rude and cut me off ext 1108395 and did not know how to handle anyone. They called Tammy Krauss ext 1146969 who acted like she would help me them acted like I don't even exist ALL NEW APPLE LAPTOPS HAVE BAD BATTERYS DONT BUY A NEW ONE THEY WONT HELP YOU OUT Mine was made in July last year I had also called them 4 times and wasted over 6 hours with them and a drive time of 2 hours and still they refuse to help in any way Apple is putting bad battery in ALL new laptops and wont stand behind them
