pcould not talk to anyone!!! called all day.

ICloud false storage space e-mails

I continuously receive false emails stating that my iCloud storage is full. I have been scammed and changed credit cards through my bank.
I called and spoke with Jamie and she helped me walk through my settings and security in my phone & was relieved that my iCloud account was fine.

Jamie was so kind, helpful and a blessing.

Ive worked in customer service most of my life; I believe in Jamies sincerity with helping others. Thank you Jamie for all that you do!
