Submitted comments on increased steps required for various functions such as closing tabs, creating new tabs in Safari. Also, transparency feature on home page does not make it easier or more pleasing.

Sometimes just hard to see keypad in low light. Every person I have discussed this with - at least 10- hate it.

My experience led me to decide to change from iPhone to Samsung or android to me it seems too much of a hassle to do a simple task as changing a password locate an email changing a phone number. You have to go through all this process of a waiting time 3 to 4 days.

Unacceptable as we speak now I have no Apple account. I have half use of an Apple phone on an iPhone so this led me to change and start to use either android or Samsung.
