Apple in Buford, Georgia - IPhone xr screen protector
My daughter just purchased an iPhone xr from Apple she paid $40.00 to have them install a screen protector. They use a machine less than a week later the screen protector cracked without any pressure on the phone. Apple said NOT OUR PROBLEM contact Belkin who conveniently does not have inventory to replace because all their inventory is in Apple stores. What a crock DO NOT pay Apple $40.00 they don’t care or back what they sell

Apple in Atlanta, Georgia - IPhone 6 screen sensitivity!! "phone is unfixable'!
My iPhone 6 has lost it's sensitivity to touch. With all of the technology that Apple has they cannot fix my 2 year old phone!! Perhaps refresh the screen?? There are times when it will allow me to get into the phone therefore, the only issue is the screen. The Store told me can't be fixed and to buy a new phone $695.00 They immediately sent over a salesperson. I followed by going to a chat room with a very nice man who couldn't help me -- he in turn sent me to an advisor who sided with the store. and never even checked with the store. No more APPLE for me! --- furthermore, it took 3 days to get an appointment with the Apple Store in Cumberland Mall. Customer service is severely lacking --- I didn't realize this issue!

I have been an apple customer for about 12 years when you include the IPod era ! We have had service with AT&T for 20 years now and have had IPhone's on the plans since they came out along with I pads. My wife upgraded to the Iphone6 about 3 months ago. Her new phone crashed 2 weeks ago when she tried to install the 9.0.1 upgrade and the phone has been DEAD since. I have been on the phone with Tech support numerous times and have tried restoring the phone with ITunes and have even had the technical supervisor on the phone for several hours to try to resolve this. My point is, I pay monthly insurance to AT&T for the phone, they are the ones that sold us the phone, apple cant resolve the issue and no one wants to accept responsibility and replace the *** thing !! REALLY ???? Hey Apple and AT&T, we're the freakin customers here ??? Oh but never you mind, My wife got a DROID today and guess who's getting one now ?? Yep, Me !! and by the way, AMAZON prime has great music, and you can listen to it on any device !! so please, take your Big Red Apple and shove it up your *** !!

I had an issue with my iPhone 4s not turning off or going to sleep. I googled for solution and this, well presented, no questions asked-garauntee offer, caught my eye. I was so impressed I, [sheepishly admit] bought their other offer, too, [one chance only]. A couple of frustrating hours later I emailed the company for assitance with their 'user friendly' [NOT] program. No phone. Got an email a couple of days later. Instructions were difficult and finally after several more inquiries the emailer admitted to the many steps needed to unlock the phone each time, meanwhile about the 4th day, I began to ask for a refund. An Apple tech, in about 2 min., had shown me a trick to get the thing to work pretty quickly. This is what I now use, until I get my next phone. They never refunded my money. They seemed to calculate the days before getting down to discussing my constant requests for a refund. They offered more stuff for half off, etc. WHAT??? I finally called my charge card company, [not paypal] but the card listed with them, and they were careful and fair. They researched and discovered that many others had the same complaint as I did. They actually found a phone number, with a "We cannot respond at this time" message. My card company was Capitol One, and they could not have been kinder. They fully refunded my money, and even blocked this company from access to my card, so that I wouldn't have to go through the hassle of getting a new card and contacting all my accounts that get paid off this card monthly. I didn't even know you could do that. Wow. Great service with Capitol One. Bad experience fixed! DON'T USE THESE iPHONE Unlocker Guys. Go to Apple and they will show you a trick to make it work through an app. You can turn it off or put it to sleep, but you still have to plug it in to reboot it. I need another phone, just too tight to buy a new one. I'm over that now. Also, research any new company before you buy, read the reviews. I could have saved myself some hassle, doing this first. I never blog a review like this, but wanted to help.

Apple in Austell, Georgia - IOS 7 broke my iPad
I am tired of all the runaround about this update. My iPad 2 worked perfectly fine before the update and now is almost useless. I know I am NOT the only one. You either need to fix this or allow people to restore their devices to the previous firmware version, especially older devices like mine. I paid $829.00 plus tax and fees for this iPad. I use it for work. Correction, I USED to use it for work. I actually had to buy another iPad to get my job done. Apple's reputation is in the toilet after this fiasco and whoever designed this update should be fired! I can get passed the cheesy icons, ugly graphics, and difficult interface, BUT MY IPAD DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE! My apps crash, the onscreen keyboard has a serious lag, online the screen jumps up and down all over the page, and other ridiculous errors. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOW FIX IT OR ALLOW ME TO RESTORE IOS 6 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Apple store customer service sucks!
Went in to buy 2 new Iphone 5S in Grey. Guy said it was my lucky day (1st clue) he said they had plenty. After waiting in line an hour they had none to sell. These GEEK SQUAD DROP OUTS DON'T HAVE A CLUE. He was also misinforming another customer about hard drives, and talking over yet another customer when he was corrected. Apple store customer service sucks! I have been an avid Mac user since OS7,but I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from this store. I reccomend you just order online and have it shipped, bypass these dumb *** smart ***!
Apple in Atlanta, Georgia - Itunes Scam - Your credit card is not safe
WATCH OUT - Itunes knows that there is someone taking your online credit card information and charing you for songs you don't buy. Remove my credit card information - buy a gift card to purchase songs. I looked at my monthly bank statement and it said Itunes had charged me $2.97 for songs I did not download. Then it had a phone number that you cannot speak to anyone. After an hour and a half of search Apple for someone to speak to I found a repair person who had pity on me and help me get my charge reversed.

June 11, 2009 Apple Care Service I'm very dissatisfied with the diagnostic evaluation that was performed on my iPod. There is no evidence of any external force, physical damage, of even a scratch. While listening to music the screen went white and then stopped. I find it easy for your company to simply pass this off as a damaged product to save money but let me make it clear I WILL NEVER AND ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS IF THIS IS NOT FIXED. I will give you one more chance to abide to the warranty that you so claim to guarantee. For the price of $150, and only one year warranty, I would expect your product to last longer than five months. Inside the return box that you sent back to my house was my original iPod and a copy of a mass printed APPLE CARE SERVICE FORM. The iPod was left to flop around inside the box unsecured with no support foam. Is this how all iPods are shipped??? The mass printed APPLE CARE SERVICE FORM looks to be a standard practice that your company just shipped back the customer. I think that my iPod was never inspected or troubelshooted to determine the problem. It probably never made it to a technician. In fact, I think someone is in place to receive, open the box, shove in a mass printed APPLE CARE SERVICE FORM, and send it back to the customer. Maybe he will pay more money to repair the problem. I'm will sent this to all my e-mail accounts and to the consumer report business.
