We went in a Apple store in Fort Lauderdale for a battery replacement cause my iPhone didn’t turn on. After they saw my iPhone and tested it they said wasn’t a battery problem but a software ones and they offered to buy a replacement iPhone for 299$, we refused and we went to an other place where they changed the old and died battery for a new one and now my iPhone works perfectly.

Apple Customer Service is the worst

I called Apple Kahala Mall to get an update on my repair. They were supposed to give me a quote on the repair. I was immediately transferred to a call center and then transferred several times for over 45 minutes. I tried several more times to call and the same thing happened. I hung up after about 15 minutes on the following calls because I knew no one would answer. I tried going to the website and after going through a merry-go-round of choices, finally was able to arrange for a call the following day. I've been a loyal customer for years but have decided to take a different approach if I purchase any future apple products. I won't waste the money on apple care and I'll assume that the product will break after 3-4 years and dispose of it rather than fix it. The usual scenario when an apple product breaks is that the repair costs as much as a new one.

When the time to hold a call is greater than 5 minutes, have the customer input a contact number and the rep can call when free. Have the salespeople at the apple stores pick up the phone if they are free.

Apple Iphone Updates

Iphone UPDATES SUCKS! I am extremely upset. My old computer crashed and I was trying to get my phone sync'ed with a new itunes. Since Apple makes it so difficult to get a phone sync'ed to a new computer (music especially), I was waiting to work on it. I saw I had an OS upgrade for the phone but did not want to upgrade because the *** upgrades wipes the phone. Sometimes the OS upgrade does not complete, making me have to restore it to factory default. When I plugged my iphone in to my computer to charge (and charge only), Itunes said there was an itunes update and wanted me to update. When I said yes to update Itunes, it went ahead and started updating my iphone. All of my personal information in my apps have been wiped out. All my music has been wiped out. All my photos have been wiped out. APPLE UPDATES SUCK.
