Just purchased a 12 promax iphone from apple just over a month ago. Apples price was over 1700 dollars.
The phone has issues with the screen going black and you cant wake it up. Causes major functionality problems.
Apple tech support said they were having lots of issues with this and their solution does not fix the issue. Apple will not refund my money as Ive had it for over 14days. Needless to say that I have been trying to get the phone corrected with there support teams.

Beware of apple I dont know a single other company that takes such a hard line against customers. I have gone to the better business bureau and certainly am looking at my legal options under the lemon law its certainly a lemon and apple just doesnt care two supervisors and the apple store told me today they would not offer a refund.
Apples support says oh go to an apple store and they will look at it, my issue is its a common problem for this phone and they are unwilling to do the right thing.
I am a busy on the road sales guy I cant afford to take a day or more to get it worked on. I have already spent numerous hours with on line support, but often cant even answer the call backs at times because the screen goes black so you cant press the #1 to connect.
Apple you need to lose business over this your support is horrible.
User's recommendation: Beware of apple, used many of their products but this has cured me!
Monetary Loss: $1713.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Apple Cons: Poor product horrible customer support.
