I wanted to rent a movie.

iTunes asks me for my password (it is very awkward to type; the password shows only last letter so the process is irritating and error prone). I finally managed to enter it.

Then it sends a code to my iPhone and tells me to enter it.

This was easier as the entire code shows as I type it. Once I entered it, it sends me back to "enter password" screen, and the irritating game starts, again.

I repeated it several times, with the same result.

Users, beware.

Apple did refund the money and issued a credit for a new movie. At this point I am satisfied and have no issues with Apple anymore.

If Apple TV doesn't know how to handle HD movies then they should stick to selling song rather than wasting customer's time.

After I waited over an hour for the movie to download, it stopped before the end and went bect to the downloading phase.

I called Apple customer service and they told me how to get around the problem. The process is still tedious and movie takes mor than an hour just to download, but at least I can see it.
