This is an update so i got a letter apologizing for my bad experience with there company and gave me a number to call so they can settle the misunderstanding there was no misunderstanding they're a company that i will never ever do business with i don't trust them but i did get my Powerbeats 3 fixed by a company calked Joe's they salesman or tech whichever one he was was so polite and professional not like the rude person at Apple and his jokes was actually funny instead of me paying Apple repair price which was 99.00 plus 6.95 for shipping at Joe's it cost me 45.00 plus i was given a prepaid label to ship my Powerbeats 3 for repairs i really do believe they will stand behind their works because they have to rely on there work and not there name like Apple so i will be sending my laptop for repairs and from now on thus would be my go to place so instead of helping the rich get richer isn't it time to help the underdog but do your own investigation before you deal with any company had i taken my own advice i would've known that alot of the same physical damage to the Powerbeats 3 was the earbuds the left or right manages to break off with no good reason why what do they care they still reaping the benefits
