Vietually from the staet, some keys lost typical feedback.Repaired, but different keys gave same problem, now after warranty has expired apple says its my problem.

If it happens once its bad luck, however when issues like this are recurring in nature, its a really bad product.

Apple used to be premium price, premium product making it arrogant.Today its just premium price and arrogance.

Bougth my macbook june 2015.Within three months some keys stopped having their typical feedback, repaired under wareanty, meanwhile two more repairs, different keys, now just out of warranty the "control" key "lost its touch".

Apple used to be high priced but of outstanding quality. Not anymore, recurring problems as reported here indicate they either rushed something to the market that was buggy. Keyboards are relatively simple, they have to accept keystrokes.

Not having this in order, the control key is not used very often is a clear sign the product is of poor quality.Add this to limited battery life, much shorter in practice than advertised, and accepting the one port limitation (that one you know, cause you can see), my advise is to buy a product from a more competitive market:Windows.

Review about: Macbook 12 Inch Retina 2015 Model.

I didn't like: Poor quality keyboard, Problems during and after warranty, Bad product, Product is of substandard quality.

Applehater, your comment doesn't make sense to me.Problem is physical key behaviour.

Apple used new type keyboard on this model. The recurring problem is affected Keys remain depressed, as in do not come back to the normal unpressed position. It is a purely mechanical problem. No reinstall will solve that.

First the right shift key, that I (and probably everyone) uses quite often to generate uppercase characters and one letter key had this problem, repaired by apple under warranty.

Recently the control key, one that is used rarely in my case (I do lots of word processing), shows same problem. My conclusion is the 12" macbook keyboard is unfit to do the only thing a keyboard must do, hence of poor or at least substandard quality.

I have owned a lot of different laptops from different brands over the last 15 years, but never had keyboard malfunctions like this.

A premium product like apple should not suffer from such basic issue.

That's why they should be contacting Apple and not ranting here.

Maybe you're the arrogant one here or just can't write a proper review of your situation; have you tried performing an erase and install without migrating your data? What testing have you done here to determine you have a hardware issue and that it is your issue?

With a repair done from Apple you get 90 days hardware warranty.

Try calling 800-275-2273 and ask for Tier 2.I hope you can explain it better there than you have done here.
