I hope anyone that reads/has read this knows it's obviously a VERY bad attempt at trolling. the all caps post is usually a good indicator of this, that combined with the awful spelling errors just make my head hurt having tried to read this.

The iPad freezes I can't use the piece of junk I paid $300 I just lost that moneys since the CEO Mr jobs dies. The company quality died too. Please report this to consumer agencies to sanction apple store x selling bad products. It is not fair to buy a product that does not work. If the apple company has not a quality proof iPads products just file x bankruptcy and let Microsoft take over. I don not work to support frivolous people like Apple iPad company. Or you get good quality or you will go down like Greece........please Obama compel apple to refund the money x bad products like iPads...........

APPLE STORE ON FIFTH AVENUE - SELLS FLOOR REPRESENTATIVE

I used to have nothing BAD to say about Apple. And, I must admit they have some of the best customer service in-store and on the telephone reps I have ever had to deal with. However, after my LAST visit last year to purchase my iPad 4, I have (at the moment) decided NEVER to visit the Fifth Avenue Store again. Of course, when new products are introduced by APPLE, buyers are treated like cattle who cough up thousands of dollars. Apple Store used to treat its buyers like precious gold. But the richer Apple becomes to more inhumane customers are treated. After, all THEY DON"T NEED MY MONEY! This particular visit, I was literally blocked from getting online by one of their sales people while he spoke with some one else. I'm seriously, angry with myself, because I should have voided the $800 + tax purchase and purchased a Surface. In a few weeks I'll purchase the iPad Air, but instead of Apple, I'll go to Best Buy - where at least I never expect great customer service and my standards are already low - hence no surprises. I can't boycott Apple even for the most serious offense, buyer would just kill me and step over me at the store, not to mention the tourist. Thank you Pissed Consumer - I have a home to vent.

The hard drive isn't dead the power supply inside the unit died. You can take it apart and install the hard drive inside your computer and retrieve your data.

Horrible Service.....Apple Has Become Too Successful and Are Taking Customers for Granted!!

Gave my son the run-around with his NEW Iphone5. I had to intercede with AT&T and Apple and get a replacement phone - WHICH IS UNDER WARRANTY. Jury is still out with this Apple Store, but I fear the worse given the experience we've had so far. ------------------------------------------------ />UPDATE & Final Verdict! - We had our under-warranty phone shipped directly to his apartment in Boulder (this is after making a big stink) and my Son went back to the Apple Store (3rd time) to see if they would accept his old phone.....saving him the time and effort of going to the Post Office. NO HELP FROM THE STAFF AND THEY SUGGESTED HE MAIL IT BACK. Now let me ask you, does this sound like good service? Apple will become another General Motors in time with this sub-par Customer Service! Beware and stay clear of this Apple Store!

Get over it. You tossed a fit because you didn't like their answer and whined your way it a swap from Apple Care via mail.

And they likely told you that you have to MAIL back your old phone.

You went to a store, I bet without asking if you could return it to a store, and whined cause no you can't.

I don't mind supporting someone with their frustrations, but what was the problem in the first place. We know it has to do with the iphone 5, but what was wrong with it?

(Bad Wifi? Bad screen? etc.) Then what was apples resultions to the problems and did they persists meaning it is something wrong on apples end and not the consumer... Unless there is more to this post I am not seeing!

All I am seeing is your son got the run around... Something about At&t and some jibberish about getting a new phone, something about an old phone being accepted. etc!

We as comsumers have the power to get companies to change practices, but we need to make sense. Establish the problem, the resolution failures, and what we expect in the future!

Apple in Somers, New York - IPad support stuck in bureaucracy

I pre-ordered an new iPad (iPad3) on March 10th 2012. First day they became available was March 16th. So I received it on the 16th and activated it on March 17th. One has 30 days to buy AppleCare+ for which I was forced by apply to go to their store. I drove there on April 15th. They first made me wait for 30 minutes. Then the store rep I could not get AppleCare+ because I had bought it more than 30 days earlier. Yes I had pre-ordered it, but not bought it. He could not solve it, I had to call Apple phone support from the store. Apple phone support recognized that there was an issue, but could not solve it, so I had to be online again. Spent hours on the phone by now, a week later and still no resolution. Their support is totally fragmented and none of them have the right to override any rule even if when the customer is totally correct and they agree.

Apple in Wappingers Falls, New York - Protection plans for Iphone

I contacted APPLE for options on my water damage Iphone 3GS under my protection plan and was misinformed on being eligible for a replacement for $49.99 even after telling them the protection plan was purchased a year ago when the protection plus plan was not into effect. After calling back with the serial number which I did not have handy I was given a whole different story of why I was not eligible to receive a new phone for the price told. There explanation- I was given the wrong information by the previous representative. That's not my fault, I was misled to believe that I will get a knew phone. I asked for the complain line and was told that there is no such thing. I asked for a copy of the complain that they said they themselves will make and was told that they can't provide me with it. What's going on with these people. where is the customer rights her. I'm pissed.

Apple Protection Plan

Apple in Rochester, New York - No support, no refund

i bought the program to unlock my Iphone 3GS version 4.3.3 and followed exactly what is written in their website. It did not unlock my phone, as a matter of fact, it keep telling me that the version I have in my Iphone is not compatible. I complained to Paypal after previous attempts of contacting their customer support failed. They apologized and sent me an unlocking hardware which is not usable since it is for a Iphone4 (micro SIM!). Unfortunately, I canceled my Paypal complaint before I found out that the hardware they sent me is unusable in my Iphone. By the way, just in case you would like to know, this company is in Cyprus, not in the USA. That is the return address that is in the envelope they sent me. I had to cancel my credit card because I had charges for train tickets in Europe 2 days after I placed my order! Coincidence? I think not

Apple in New York, New York - Non-support of debilitating ioOS4 for ipod touch

Downloaded new ipod touch operating system; it froze the device with all my business contact information. The vaunted 24/7 365-day Genius Bar in NYC closed--Apple more interested in selling new products than servicing existing customers harmed by software they lured me to download. Brandon, said he is Genius Bar head at Fifth Avenue store, unapologetic, seemed aggressive, berating me with "The genius bar is a free service." So no basis for complaint. Really? I'd say it is built into the price (although Brandon said "NO" in warmth-free contradiction; doesn't seem like the spirit of customer care). When you *** this Apple, beware: it bites back hard.

See, this is why Mac shouldn't try to create such a warm, fuzzy and coddling atmosphere. People don't realize that a firmware upgrade is a B.F.D.

prone to hazard. The risk of failure during upgrade is slim these days, but you still risk ditching a stable platform for the brand new glitchy one. Don't upgrade during the first week of release. Wait a month or so until everyone has filled the internet up with tweaks to fix problems and Mac has issued patches.

Upgrading immediately after release makes you an unpaid guinea pig, risking your expensive electronics. Newer isn't always better. Wait. Expect problems.

The other result of the coddling is people expect customer service to be perfect.

Us non-Mac users know customer service sucks because our manufacturers didn't feed us illusions of cotton candy and ice cream. Customer service, in general, sucks. Get used to it.

Most only service you where the sun don't shine. Expect little more.
