I have tried many many times to get help from Southern Telecom with no luck. The tablet is the worst.

Freezes up on EVERY app I try to pull up. A big disappointment. Not sure why it always freezes but it always has. 2 in 1 tablet guess I should have just bought the 1.

Bad decision on my part. Awful product and customer service. Not sure what else to very worthless tablet. Will never ever use Southern Telecom again.

Apple customer service is smart and always willin to help... Run out of what else to say.

Monetary Loss: $7500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
