Hacked

I need my money returned to my account ASAP. Case number 101559****11. Been two weeks and $606.28 has not been returned. I am fixing to be delinquent on my monthly bills. Apple sucks and I am doing away with everything apple. We are short one income for health reasons and I cant pay my bills, much less have Christmas.

I still have not had my money returned to my account. Been two weeks and $606.28 not returned to my account. My husbands card hacked. Case number 101559****11. My husband has not had a paycheck in four weeks and back surgery is 12/27/2021. No income from him. Cant pay my first of month bills because of this. I have contacted my attorney. Need my money returned ASAP. This has been stressful for me as it is Christmas and I have no money for Christmas for my children and grandchildren. Return my money.

I can't change my form of payment for my Apple Music family plan

Lost i pod

The problem I have is that I lost my iPod with my music. I want to retrieve my Playlist. I reset my password and the problem is that a pass code was sent to my iPod that I lost. Hopefully you can send the pass code to my email or my phone. 707-731-****. Please help. I'm lost without my music.

My Iphone is not working properly. I took it into an Apple store for service, they found the problem was with the software, they erased all of my software, reloaded it. Now my phone is worse.

The Apple Store erased all of my software, reloaded it, now my phone is worse than before. I have another year of Apple support coming to me. But the guy said if this doesn't work, you might want to buy a NEW phone. WHY DO I HAVE APPLE SUPPORT, THEN?? The problem came after Apple's last update. This seems to happen, just about when your phone is about 2 years old. They break it, so you are forced to buy a new phone. I NEED HELP!

My problem hasn’t been solved inspire of consulting apple support . They said I have pending payments which I haven’t used at all n not sure why those a raised too.

In my second call with apple support , they said I have pending balance payments for certain apps which I never used n I donno how n why y. I cant even download any app n the bank app also to do the payment . How can apple expect to finish the payment ? I want my problem to be resolved . Expect apple support to resolve it immediately

This is the worst co. I ever felt with I have spoken with more than fifteen people and none of them soled my issues it is a shame

Ever time I call and talked to someone they pretend they know the issues but all are guessing otherwise they would of solve my issues

I had 3 charges that were unauthorized on my account. There were 2 charges of $99.99 and 1 charge of $19.99, simultaneously, totaling $220.00. They denied my request online and also speaking with a supervisor. There was no reasonable explanation for the denial. I was just told that there was nothing that they could do and to have a nice day.

User's recommendation: If you have any unauthorized charges, they will not refund your money.

Unauthorized purchase

Account information was reset and several purchases made equaling up to $59.95. I am hoping this can be resolved. I am disabled and on a fixed income and cannot afford to take care of these unauthorized purchases.
