Purchased an iPhone 13 Pro when first introduced. It is far and away the worst piece of crap I have ever had. It doesnt work as it should. It intermittently types what it wants, wont scroll, wont pinch, freezes, and oftentimes wont even let me enter my passcode. Upon my insistence, Apple replaced this model with an identical model WHICH HAS THE SAME ISSUES. They tell me Im stuck with this POS till its paid for. I have had to dial 911 before; I cant rely on this phone to put the call through should I need to do so again. And there is NO customer service for the issue, other than live with it. My next will be Android!

My case is going since 10 months. Customer care going since 4-5 months. No resolution. All evidence I give and all process done then executive run away , then another come with new start again evidence have to produce. Like this harassment done and no resolution. I need my refund or replace my phone on basis of evidence I have produced till date. Will not process anything from start. Scold store manager who sold me this. Rather harassing me.

On 24th Aug around 37k transactions were made from my Nayapay account on APPLE.COM/BILLS ITUNES.COM IE . These transactions were made unwillingly. I filed disputes on nayapay but they didnt do anything yet. I want to refund my money, as soon as possible. kindly help me.

Suddenly, the screen gets green and pink grids on display. After update of software. Also, I had shown to Apple Care they are saying., issue regarding this type were not explained by the apple. So u have to pay for it. Very disgusting these bad experienced with apple. I hope you are not lose yours customer. I cant believe, out of all the things Apple charges for, that you would charge someone $46 to resolve an issue with your product. I know Apple charges for ever little thing(which is aggravating in itself), but to charge someone in need of help with YOUR company issues seems (to me) to be a bit much to ask. Is there no shame? Must you charge for everything? Especially for asking for help? This phone and Apple TV devices are my first and, dare I say, the last Apple product I will ever purchase.

Preferred solution: Stop charging me for something that I don’t know for what. Nothing in my subscription and purchase page shows up as $65.21. So what is this charge for?

What is the point of locking a person out of the system for two weeks because they forget the password because the phone broke? Its *** Im using the same email address , phone number, and passcode, but dont remember the password because I had to change it because of a broken phone and wasnt able to use the original password to log in. I bought I watch, used it for a while. Wasn't allowed to have a phone or watch at work or on the job. So I left it at home, somehow it got linked up with my ex phone. Well, we broke up I started a new job went to link my watch to phone wouldn't let me because it was still in her find my search. Because it was a bad break up she refused to delete that I called Apple told them my story even have the watch, the box it came in and the purchase ticket. They told me they couldn't do anything. So I went got a police report stating this told Apple that they don't care. So I have a watch I can't use. Couple hundred down the drain

My Son was killed last year and I don't have access to my e-mail, NHS account and all my privet things, my post is stolen by post Man and give to someone else, i wait for Court hearing and don't have any information about it, people pay to block me and not receive inheritance after my son !

Hope you doing great! Apple brand is one of the best brand all over. But, very very disappointed with customer support team. If you selling such expensive product so must have complaint portal or escalation column etc for services. I purchased my iPhone 13 in June 2022, since then facing multiple issues. I visited 10-20 times to Apple Store, since 8 months complaint is registered with Apple support team, they asking for multiple evidence which stretch the case and I provided thoroughly but at end after all observation NO RESOLUTION. 5-6 times managers run and get change then they start again with process unless CUSTOMER IS FULL MENTALLY HARASSED. Even they ask me to go and complaint legally even. No ethics on representatives. This facing since 8 months but no resolution . Its heights and pathetic totally. Can I get resolution for this defective product. > >Its really hammering my office routines. Cant use this phone anymore
