I was with Apple since 2016, my former company had a business account with them then I left, then I left and decided to open my own personal account and opened a business account last. Now that I do consulting for hotels and I live in hotels.

Apple Cash refuses to give me any of my Cash App Money back, since I don't have ref mail that matches the current address where I am, they have refused to give me my money (Apple Cash). My ID does not match their files, they would not send me my money... I no longer have an account with Apple for other reasons, I've cancelled my personal and business account. There is over 100 dollars remaining in my Apple Cash Account (they currently work with Green Dot) they will not give me my money.

A verified my social that verified all the information they need, I told them I give them my ID passport everything that the government can prove my identity, but Apple refuses to give it back my money. What do I do now?

SR MANAGER GARY LITTLE TREATS CUSTOMERS UNFAIRLY

While working security at the APPLE MAIN PLACE store in Naperville, Ive observed APPLE SR. MANAGER, GARY LITTLE, treat certain customers unfairly.

He falsely accused an elderly Indiann customer of stealing an Apple display watch, in an incident which took place between September-October 2024. Other Apple employees were witnesses to the false accusations. The customer threatened to make a complaint against him for the accusations. He told the customer and his family to leave the store after the customer threatened to make a complaint.

He told me not to write an incident report about this incident

He ultimately defamed me to my employer, tortiously interfered with my employment contract, and caused both my employer and Apple, Inc. to violate Title VII of Civil Rights Act of 1964. I am in process of making a complaint to the NAACP, U.S. EEOC, Rainbow PUSH Coalition, and every source I find so they can do an internal investigation on GARY LITTLE, and so I can get back the income I lost from him causing me to be permanently removed from all of Apple, Inc.s contracted sites, out of retaliation in a separate incident.

I was trying to help a customer with information to apples customer support team so the customer could make a legal complaint against him since the customer did not think he was being treated fairly. I was a witness to the unfair treatments.

vide you details. I talk to you four hours yesterday on the phone.

Your employees lied to me telling me stating they were supervisors lies four of them. Told me theyre all supervisors time. After time. I talk to a supervisor.

I mean, do you guys have employees or are you all just liars is insane and theres no one that has the ability to put those people in trouble or punish them, put them in timeout or in the closet You guys have no authority in your company. You are a literal joke and you gross me out. I wanted to throw up yesterday, but I had to hold him just to listen to your *** again x credit card service that they were supervisor time after time. Finally supposedly I got to supervisor.

Do I know if it was one no cause you guys lied to me so much. I dont trust you second. The supervisor said shes gonna write this stuff up. I asked the person today if the supervisor last night wrote something up or escalated the situation.

They said no. So you guys lied again. I dont trust you Three. You guys couldnt even simply get me my refund on a purchase that they refunded me already instead of argued with me nonstop over and over about some disputer la Trois of it being on my credit card.

The thing is is you guys give a credit card so that has credit which resolves and actually gains interest on customers. Youre so so so smart that you took my refund and put it towards my past due balance on my card. You took my own. Basically you took your own credit and used it on my credit card to pay off on credit, which is just like mind blowing because that was my available credit like you guys are so smart that I talk to you on the phone nonstop yesterday to supervisors.

He has actually a bunch of kids and that none of you answered any of my questions to the point where I dont want an apple service. I dont want help from you guys anymore because you need to help yourself way. Worse you need to help anybody else. Its pathetic.

Thats like T-Mobile pathetic and no one from Customer Service has helped me in over a year, dude. Where did you guys morals go? Where did you get sympathy? Go empathy or anything for the disabled?

I dont have money coming in like that but yet you guys are messing with my money and paying my credit towards my credit card with my credit without my permission Who the freak do you think you are? You need to go back to school or get some you know inmates because theyll probably do better than any of your employees now. I dont know where you hired these guys. Phung.

Im assuming that these guys are fresh out of middle school and they all say their supervisors.

Geez please dont ever ask me if I want help again. Ill jump off a bridge first.

I sent an email to T koch@***.com and received a response today and should be receiving a phone within the next couple of days. Sometimes it just helps to text them email or fax them the problem as simple as possible and what the problem is on their part. I was informed that they have seen the loophole and they will do something to correct this with ourselves and other customers so it doesn’t happen again

Refund Refused regardless of use

On August 1st, I noticed a charge from Apple that I was unsure about because I only pay for extra cloud space for 99 a month. At that time, I could not afford any other services besides what I am currently using. I did not recognize this charge. Eventually, I realized it was for AppleTV, which I do not have or use on my phone or any other device within my home.

My bank advised me to contact Apple to see if they would cancel the subscription, as the app was not even on my device at the time of the charge. Moreover, I had not downloaded this app on my phone. When I checked, the app was indeed not there. Consequently, my bank suggested that I ask Apple if they could identify where the charge was placed and have it refunded considering it had just been made, and no services had been used at all.

Therefore, I contacted Apple. However, since the charge was still pending, I couldn't make the request until it cleared. On August 2nd, it cleared, and I reported the problem as instructed. On the 3rd or 4th, I realized my request had been denied with no explanation, except that it wasn't eligible.

Now, my concern is why it is not eligible, especially considering that I’ve not used the services and I honestly have no idea where the charge came from. I sometimes allow my small nephews to play games on my phone, but I am not certain if they accidentally downloaded the app since it wasn’t on my device at the time.

After the denial, I was instructed to write to them with a reason if I were dissatisfied with their decision, which I did. However, on the 5th of August, I received a reply stating that their decision was final.

This is particularly frustrating as other subscription services like Hulu and Amazon Prime have always been understanding and accommodating when I needed to cancel a subscription due to financial constraints.

Apple, on the other hand, has appeared to prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. The company insists on customers upgrading their phones, even when the current ones work perfectly fine. Not upgrading the device renders it inoperative in the long run, as most apps require updated software versions to function.

Apple’s denying my refund request when they could clearly see that my phone did not even have that specific app installed, and more significantly, that it has never been used, has caused me to reevaluate my loyalty towards their brand. Surely one of the biggest tech giants can identify when an app is unused?

Furthermore, I would like to question why they feel justified in keeping my money for something that was never used. For emphasis, I am not even entirely sure what AppleTV is! Is it an actual TV that Apple supplies?

The decision to withhold $11.30 might seem trivial to a company worth billions, but it has significant implications for the customer experience. I have been a loyal Apple customer and the way I have been treated over this issue has left me feeling disillusioned.

Consequently, should things remain as they are, I am prepared to file a complaint outside of Apple with the proper authorities, as I deeply believe one ought not to pay for unused services. I hope this final attempt will trigger a change, and I appreciate your time and effort looking into this matter, and hopefully, helping me get the refund I am due.

Apple does not deserve a star raiting besides maybe the fact that iPhones themselves should come over to Google and take over apple and use Google instead that would be most beneficial

Apple does not deserve a star raiting besides maybe the fact that iPhones themselves...

Apple instantly deducted $15.41 from me the second my car hit the Apple Wallet, or rather, that Apple payments account. Not cool, Apple.

Get your act together, or perhaps Google is going to end up taking over iPhones. Then they're going to shut down Apple if they take over. It sounds to me like Apple might want to step up their game, huh? Oh and maybe get your priorities in order, and quit overcharging people for something they did not authorize.

You should try asking for confirmation before deducting money off of someone's card without permission. I'm past the point of patience with Apple and fed up.

I really hope people start saying 'enough is enough', stop giving them money, and shut Apple down to hand over iPhones to Google. I would love it.

MacBook Pro 13” (Late Model 2022)

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I purchased a new MacBook Pro after my 2015 was given faux error messages, such as 1008F and 1008D. Initially, I brought my device into Apple to have them conduct a service assessment.

However, they wiped my computer and said there was nothing they could do to repair my device and couldnt determine what the above error messages were and that only their development team can troubleshoot error codes so they couldnt tell me what the problem was. Considering that prior to these issues with my MacBook, which happened after the update to MacOS BigSur, I had little to no issue, I purchased a new MacBook Pro 13 (Late 2022) model. This device has been out for repair more than it had worked and Apple has refused to replace the device at all. However, my device was sent to a residential address in Tennessee each time it was needing a repairwhich wasnt an Apple repair facility and the address didnt appear as an Apple certified repair technician option.

My device would crash for no reason and would only be operable after a full restore, which would happen at least once a week. I went into the Apple Store at least 8-10 times to do a restore, plus using an acquaintances device to restore my computer regularly using Apple Configurator. Further more, I was in connection with a purported Apple Developer who remoted into my device and took data and other information. However, any follow up thereafter or questions related to the data and information taken have been left unanswered.

As a result of these issues, I have been locked out of several Apple accounts and any form of verification is not possible according to any Apple service technician I have attempted to work with. That includes the same Apple technician assisting me at the Rosedale Mall and Apple Southdale locations. Also a bit odd that the same person would be working at both locations and didnt have an answer with respect to the logs I saved and pulled up detailing the odd malformation of software supposedly running as MacOS Sonoma. Furthermore, according to Apple, any device that comes with a particular MacOS system should only be able to reinstall the operating system that came with the device.

When I purchased my new MacBook, it came with MacOS Monterey not Sonoma. Oddly enough, after the various issues with my device, it would only allow me to reinstall MacOS Sonoma and not Monterey. Whats even more strange is that I do not have the ability to locally reinstall the operating system using MacOS recovery and can only do a reinstall if I have an internet connection. Thats completely opposite to all other previous MacBook releases and is entirely contradictory to the Apple Support website.

I do have AppleCare, but dont see a reason to use it considering the device hasnt worked since its purchase and is now just a glorified paper weight. Apple products have gone to complete crap, their customer support is worse than the people who harass you for an extended vehicle warranty. I used to love Apple, but honestly, its over priced, unreliable, and *** customer support through-in-through.

Oh, also when I asked to speak to a Manager or someone higher up, I was told that you are unable to go any higher than a supervisorthis was when calling the Apple Store at the Mall of America. I have the telephone conversation recorded detailing all of this too.

Urgent Complaint Regarding Undelivered Package and Poor Customer Service

Apple - Urgent Complaint Regarding Undelivered Package and Poor Customer Service

Apple - Urgent Complaint Regarding Undelivered Package and Poor Customer Service - Image 3

Dear Apple Customer Support,

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding a recent issue with my order and the extremely poor customer service I have encountered throughout this process.

Despite waiting for my delivery, my package never arrived, and to make matters worse, neither Apple nor FedEx has provided any meaningful assistance. I spent over three hours trying to resolve this issue with FedEx, but it was a complete waste of time.

Not only was I left without a solution, but the service I received was dismissive and unhelpful.

Whats most upsetting is that FedEx claimed they attempted delivery and provided a photo of my house as evidence. However, I was home the entire time, sitting inside, and I personally saw the delivery vehicle pull up to my residence and leave without anyone stepping out to make the delivery. This raises serious concerns about the integrity of the delivery process. Was my package stolen?

Why couldn't the delivery person make a simple attempt to ring the doorbell?

This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing and reflects poorly on both Apple and your delivery partner. As a customer, I expected better service, transparency, and accountability from a brand of Apples stature.

I need immediate clarification on the following:

Where is my package?

What steps will Apple take to ensure I receive it promptly?

How will you address the poor customer experience and lack of support I have experienced?

I hope Apple will take this complaint seriously and act swiftly to resolve the matter. Please get back to me as soon as possible with a concrete solution.

Sincerely,

Nguyen Pham

All where cancelled and charged on the same day at the same time. I don't understand why Apple is able to do this. If I had bought something from a store and bought ir back right away without opening it I would get my money back. As soon as I was charged I called them immediately.

APPLE has refused multiple requests to remedy the situation citing possible violation wrt possession of the machine. No law enforcement has inquired, nor have any complaints been received by APPLE. Original review updated Nov 20, 2024
...And they have a company policy to not undertake this fix unless the customer provides an Apple receipt. I don't have that anymore and Apple made the error of not tying my iCloud address to the purchase, as it always has.

So now, I have an expensive doorstop on my desk. Apple offered and searched their records for the purchase made in 2000 but even they have been unable to produce the receipt for purchase of their product, which was bought directly from them. I do have an AMEX statement which shows the exact amount of the purchase from the Apple Store online. It's not good enough.

I believe Apple should offer some due process on the matter and waive the policy in this case. Granted, I don't have the receipt. I never did because I bought it online so the Apple receipt should have been emailed to me, but it never was. This was verified by both myself and Apple.

The Apple responsibility in the transaction is to be able to verify my purchase as legitimate.

Mine is to provide what should be proof of purchase and create a substantially reasonable doubt that the policy should apply on a non-precedent and confidential basis. Yes, I am pissed off.

Took $150 for Subscriptions I didn't authorize

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I was charged almost $150 for two subscriptions from Apple. One of those subscriptions was for Calm.

It is advertised as $69.99 a year/$6.99 a month, which had me believe I was being charged monthly. However, they deducted money for an entire year. The other app was Vixer, which I didn't authorize, coincidentally I was charged $69.99. I requested my money twice from the online system and was denied.

I'm very upset because that money was meant for my children's groceries this week. This is just terrible. A billion-dollar company took my kids' grocery money.

I never even opened the apps. At this point, I'm speechless.

When I gave my nephew a photo of the receipt, I tried to open the back to give him the code. However, I was having problems opening it. When I finally got it open and gave my nephew the code, he wasn't able to redeem it a few minutes later. It had already been redeemed.

This wasn't the first time someone else had used the code and neither myself nor my nephew had used the code. I have spoken to Apple and they confirmed that the gift card had been redeemed by someone else, not me or my nephew, and I am unable to receive any refund.
