For my right as a consumer

May macbook pro was broke its kind of internal problem there technician told me that the cable flex was damage and apple don't want to cover it so I'm the one who gonna shoulder the cost but my laptop was only 4months ago since I brougth it even though I dont have an apple care but I know it still have a 1year warranty

User's recommendation: Make it clear what there coverage under there warranty and buy a apple product to the apple store not just to there trust dellers.

Lost phone and stillused

I called the phone was lost and I found our the phone still is working and the person stole it still using and the phone is marked as lost but still receiving calls and making calls IMEI 356548****01752

Issue with itunes

I am having trouble with iTunes I cant download anything off my phone. The iPhone has outdated December 2021 so I need to know how to get the iTunes put on my phone because I cannot download anything on my phone at all can I have someone to call me back at 313-768-**** thank you. Miss Brown

User's recommendation: No I would not recommend for future customers, because you have to pay for everything on device. I Phone cost to much money. If your phone break it doesn’t matter if you have a insurance plan You might as well buy a new phone because the price of getting your phone fixed you might will buy a new iPhone so it doesn’t matter if you have the insurance plan or plus it’s still gonna cost you more to get your iPhone fixed.

Horrible Apple support

New MacBook Air screen cracked for no apparent reason and Apple ignores it and will not support it. Contacted support and all the way to ceo/coo and no accountability. Yet Tim Cook can invest trillions recently to kiss up to China for more business but cant assist the little guy back home with a technical product problem. Thats where you see cracks in the *** long term.

How long did you have it? Was it still under warranty?

Although screens may not be covered.

It cracked for no reason? Doesn't seem likely in their minds.

Lock or freeze your card immediately and file a dispute with your CC company for this charge. I also had to get a new card with a different number.

That way you know they can't charge the card any further. It would be denied. File a dispute with CC company regarding the charge and let the CC company deal with them. Get as much evidence as you can.

Very important.

I got my money back but they used the 90 days to go by before I got my refund. 90 days is a law you have to give them and they took the 90 days by not responding to my card company so they put the money back in my account.

They bailed me out by repeating that they couldn't find a solution to the problem with my phone

Telefonum İphone 7 Plus ve kamerasının bazen açılıp bazen kapanması sebebiyle, Apple KVK, Apple yetkili servis ve Apple kuruluş merkezine gittim. randevum olmasına rağmen, telefonumun yurtdışı cihazı olduğu için ilgilenemeyeceklerini, bu riski alamayacaklarını söylediler. Sürekli telefonda birileriyle görüştürdüler ve karşı taraf, papağan gibi aynı şeyleri tekrarlayıp durdu. Neredeyse 1 aydır telefonumun arıza sebebini öğrenmek için oradan oraya yönlendiriliyorum. Hiçbir şekilde Apple Zorlu Center ve diğer şirketlerde ki yardımcılardan memnun kalmadım. hizmetlerini dahi bilgili şekilde yapamıyorlar. Birden fazla yere bu şikayette bulundum ve bulunmaya da devam edeceğim. Mağdur olan ben olmayacağım.

Hacked

I need my money returned to my account ASAP. Case number 101559****11. Been two weeks and $606.28 has not been returned. I am fixing to be delinquent on my monthly bills. Apple sucks and I am doing away with everything apple. We are short one income for health reasons and I cant pay my bills, much less have Christmas.

Debit card ***

I still have not had my money returned to my account. Been two weeks and $606.28 not returned to my account. My husbands card hacked. Case number 101559****11. My husband has not had a paycheck in four weeks and back surgery is 12/27/2021. No income from him. Cant pay my first of month bills because of this. I have contacted my attorney. Need my money returned ASAP. This has been stressful for me as it is Christmas and I have no money for Christmas for my children and grandchildren. Return my money.

My Iphone is not working properly. I took it into an Apple store for service, they found the problem was with the software, they erased all of my software, reloaded it. Now my phone is worse.

The Apple Store erased all of my software, reloaded it, now my phone is worse than before. I have another year of Apple support coming to me. But the guy said if this doesn't work, you might want to buy a NEW phone. WHY DO I HAVE APPLE SUPPORT, THEN?? The problem came after Apple's last update. This seems to happen, just about when your phone is about 2 years old. They break it, so you are forced to buy a new phone. I NEED HELP!

Charging your credit card or Apple credit card? Do what I did.

I locked my credit card and got another one with a different number then filed a dispute with CC company. They don't have my new card number in their system and any attempts to use it would be denied?

Then filed a dispute with CC company and got my money back and the old card on file is useless. Got my money back and no more recurring charges.
