Apple - I received two of the same nano iPods that need a return labels
Sent two replica nano iPods. I need a return labels for them. One IPod got lost in the mail and finally arrived. However, I now have three Nano apple iPods and I want to return two of them. Please send me return labels.

This is the worst co. I ever felt with I have spoken with more than fifteen people and none of them soled my issues it is a shame

Ever time I call and talked to someone they pretend they know the issues but all are guessing otherwise they would of solve my issues

Apple - Would not refund Unauthorized Charges
I had 3 charges that were unauthorized on my account. There were 2 charges of $99.99 and 1 charge of $19.99, simultaneously, totaling $220.00. They denied my request online and also speaking with a supervisor. There was no reasonable explanation for the denial. I was just told that there was nothing that they could do and to have a nice day.

User's recommendation: If you have any unauthorized charges, they will not refund your money.

O lock an iPhone 6

I started my phone service with att then I switched to cricket. I left cricket as well and moved to another company. The thing is I needed to unlock my old device and ask cricket. They sent me with att. Att simply said it was not their issue. It was Apple issue.

User's recommendation: Att and cricket. No recommendation at all.

They are not required to unlock your phone for any reason. You can go to a third party and pay to unlock it.

Thanks for out dating my 3 ipad minis , pretty much turning them into paper weights. Losing usability with a lot of apps. Its says download an older version of the app, but I cant I guess Ill be buying an android tablet

I am having frequent charges, I am not buying anything and no one is on my account

I am having almost daily charges from apple for up to $44.00. I do not know what they are for. I changed my banking cards and it is still happening

Apple repair and agent

I have been an apple user since the very 1st apple phone came out today I experienced the worst service possible when an apple senior advisor Angelica, hang up on me. This is unacceptable . Completely unacceptable and unimaginable that I can pay cash for a phone and after an apple update my phone stopped working and Angelica feels it is necessary to hang up on me. We purchase apple product because we count on the reliability of our products there is no need to pay over

Watch your purchases you make from any Apple device. Apple tripled and charged me 5 times for single purchases and refuses to reimburse me. They are big fortune five hundred company that now resorts to selling from their costumers.

Need to change autopay information I never set up and autopay and I won't my money back on my card you all have been stealing my money I did a one time payment I did not give permission to autopay nothing with your company I only bought more storage space one time and now for the last 3 months,your company
