I applied for Apple Card because your ad specificity - clearly mentioned my credit rating wouldn't be impacted. You can verify easily. In actuality, it did impact by several points to the negative. Now, it's nearly impossible to regain my several points back without hiring a lawyer and months of time. All I was going to do was buy two iPhones Pros for my wife and I. If your lawyers can help, that would be nice. I think Tim would do the honorable thing and help if you ask him. 630-215-****

Refund of Apple's mistake

That refund should have been reversed instead of going through my bankIt was Apple's mistake. charged me twice for thesame app. I want the music canceled and I cant even do that on my settings I am pissed

Terrible product support

Our phone had a broken screen. It would be a week to get an Apple appointment T-mobile suggested going to Best buy, They said it would be 2-3 weeks. went to a Mom and Pop shop at the suggestion of T-Mobile. 6 months later screen jams and wont work, Go to apple store and the say to will require another appointment in 2 weeks as the they do not have the part and it will cost $200 because the screen is not authentic Apple screen, so the Insurance will not cover it. NEVER EVER Will I buy ANY Apple product for the rest of my life.

Locked out of my account

It took me forever to get into my own info but that time was given to the other party to create a massive problem and do a lot of damage.. Numbers were able be taken emails etc.. I am not happy with the results

I've put my password and email in the question boxes I get a message back that my password or other address Is incorrect. I do not want to change either one of these, Password or email address I just want to SIMPLY GET UNBLOCKED!!!

Phone hacked

My phone is been hacked since a few days after I bought it its been almost a month now into the Apple store three times the last time was last week the senior advisor I spoke to at seven in the morning said they were going to replace the phone and again Rob going to my appointment and they wouldnt give me a new phone they want me to do another factory reset after you already did two.He wasted my time I sat there for an hour and 20 minutes in the store and couldnt even get a hold of that advisor who is the senior advisor his name is Aaron

Discrimination

I was denied access to the store located in Charlotte, NC by a manager named Reid bc I am unable to wear a mask. He stated, bc it was "private property," he did not have to honor my religious and medical exemptions. What he did not seem to understand, is that as soon as you open your doors to the public, you are now susceptible to public accommodation laws, including the constitution and the ADA. This is discrimination and against the law.

Mcbook Air

I have just taken my laptop into the Metro centre apple store in Gateshead as it doesn't work they had a look and said its the logic board and would cost £429 to repair BUT and its a big but its only 2 years old the manager basically told me because I bought it from argos that they could do nothing for me and to basically take it back to argos I have spent alot of money on ape products over the years and I'm absolutely disappointed and disgusted with apple for god sake it is only 2 years old that's what I can't get over if I bought a let's say a new Ford car from some garage and it broke after 2 years I would be able to take it to any Ford bealer they would repair it like I said I'mim so disappointed with Apple b
