I am disappointed with the quality of their products!!

AngryA few weeks ago I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max(512 GB, Midnight Green) and it took such a long time to arrive!! And on top of that they got my order wrong and I received a normal silver iPhone 11!! I last powered it on last night and it still shows the Apple logo! Angry I am very disappointed with the quality of their products I ended up giving that phone away for free.

Can’t reset eligibility after 3 weeks after returning iPhi e

I purchased an SE iPhone online with Apple and allowed them to contact my carrier (Verizon) for the phone upgrade. Verizon could not activate the phone because of an issue with the Apple server. I returned the phone and got my refund, but the Apple order is still pending with Verizon so I cant upgrade my phone directly with Verizon. 3 weeks later and nobody at Apple know how to kill their order so I can have my phone line back in my control. Doesnt sound legal, I wonder what the FCC would think of it.

June 5 I sent my phone in and paid 307$ to have the screen repaired or replaced. They had no problem doing that . June 18th I get an email stating its finished and back. With overnight shipping. I get a door note from fed ex stating I have a package at their offfice. When I called the package doesnt exist. So a customer support agent and I call fed ex and the open a case on it Hmmm ok, that Saturday at 831 pm. I get an notification from them saying its been scanned back into their facility that was a Saturday after they closed and theyre closed on Sunday. So I have to wait until Monday, I was supposed to leave for a funeral that evening. It had overnight shipping and this started on the 5th And I cant fly without the phone bc everything is paperless and you have to get your ticket scanned now, so I miss the flight, go Monday the 22 up the package. Its empty, I immediately call Apple, and Ive been trying to resolve this issue with them ever since. Then they want to close the case bc the box was confirmed delivered. Yes! I got the box. And thats it, just a box! And fed ex took until the 25th to even try and return the phone call back, days after the case even started. Now, Theyre not calling me back, like Ive been told every time they would. they havent refunded the amount I paid to have my screen fixed, they havent done anything!!! I paid for the 307$ upfront, mailed my phone back in their Payed postage box that they sent and they had no problem taking a payment from me. Ive had An iPhone since iPhone 2. Ive held stock in Apple for the past 6 years, Ive always had iPods, MacBooks, Apple TV, apple everything. And they are acting like a loyal customer means absolutely nothing to them, over a phone I paid cash for to begin with. Ive been with them for a decade and this is the way they treat the people thats been with them. I would absolutely love to stay with Apple, everything in my house is Apple or hooked up to it in someway. But, after this incident, after all this time and their unwillingness to work with someone, I believe Ive lost faith. Im not even asking for a handout or anything special. All Im asking for is what I purchased initially, my phone. Fixed. My having to stay that weekend so I could pick up my phone on the 22nd and having to miss my grandfathers funeral was priceless, something they cant replace. That could have just been a shipping issue and Im willing to accept that. But theyre not willing to fix this issue at all. I never received my phone back or the product I paid for. I have wasted well over a dozen hours being left on hold and explaining this situation to everyone and yet they still remain ignorant to the people that don’t matter to them. Loyal customers

User's recommendation: Go Samsung, it’s a more capable device to begin with. And Apple doesn’t care who you are or how long you’ve been them, even if they’ve made a mistake somewhere, they are still unwilling to fix the problem, or refund it, or even credit it for another device.

My sentiments exactly. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have brought my family onboard.

iPhones, iPods, iPads, Mac book pros, Apple TV, you name it... we have it.

Apple refused to help me with a known defective product unless I paid for the repair. I’m so disappointed!!!!!

Apple is overcharging their consumers for machines that do not work

In 2016, I received financing to create my own business. This is a dream I've been working on for over 20 years and one could say for all of my life. I heavily invested in Apple products because up to that point they had been extremely reliable. In 2018, I bought a new MacBook Pro and within a month I discovered that this machine suffered from thermal throttling and I found myself in the Apple store on nearly a month-to-month basis. After the last time the machine quit out on me Apple Support offered to trade out the machine, after two years of not being able to consistently work on it. In January of 2020, I thought I got really lucky and received a brand new MBP 16" 2019 as a replacement due to all of the problems with my previous MacBook. Within one week I started experiencing kernel panics. I reinstalled the OS and performed every troubleshooting step possible on every site based on Apple suggestions. I also went through months of technical support at the senior level with Apple. The thick of the support calls have been made on a weekly basis starting from March where at that point I couldn't even draw in Photoshop. Now, I can't edit in Premiere. This machine is taken 4 solid months of work away from where I have not been able to perform my job and has been the source of extreme stress. When you add up two years of constant visits to the Apple Store and now four months of unresolved tech support calls to Apple I find myself a a loss with how much precious time I've lost. I don't know what to do. Apple US or Brazil can't and won't help me. I am being strung along and I find myself stuck with a box that can't be connected to an external monitor and with two USB-C ports that are completely useless. Somebody please help me find someone who will solve this problem. This issue with their computers is ruining the biggest opportunity of my life and no one at Apple is helping or seems to care.

AngrySeller said it was in good condition, met him and gave the money when I got home to set I up everything looked fine until I tried out the back camera and it stated shaking and making noise.then I tried to FaceTime and It wouldn't connect kept failing I've texted the seller and no answer.Bullshit

Ripped off

I've never played a game on my phone before in my life. Last year I found a game called Pixel Fighter and I loved it! The game was really enjoyable and fun and I ended up spending thousands of dollars on it. While the game itself was fun the customer support and developers for the game were a nightmare to deal with. I had multiple issues from mischarges to not receiving in-game currency I paid for. I got sick of getting nowhere with them so I called apple. I talked to someone from customer support and told them my situation they calmly told me how to go ahead getting a refund from my bank. I asked the supervisor before hanging up this isn't going to get me blocked from my game I have thousands of dollars into the game and hundreds of hours played. The supervisor assured me that the developer has been paid and the refund will come from Apple. So I listen to what he says and I go ahead and do it. So, of course, two weeks after doing it I get blocked from the game. The people from Apple were willing to do nothing to help all they did was offer me rental credits LOL. Their advice gets me blocked I lose out on thousands of dollars and offer me rental credits. I've been an Apple supporter my whole life but this is plain wrong. My name is David Mcveigh

Apple didn’t block you the developer did. Most likely because Apple requested a refund from them after they paid you back.

Apple doesn’t control any of the apps in the App Store or usually even offer a service for them unless you mistakenly purchased something. This isn’t an Apple issue

Iphone stopped working due to an issue with Apple

I have an iPhone 7 and today, March 23, 2020 my phone just stopped working and would not allow me to make or received calls or text messages. I contacted Verizon and after an hour on the phone with their technical support, they advised me there is a recall on my model of phone and at this point was transferred over to Apple customer service. After looking into to the issue I was advise that they would send me a box so I could send in my phone in for repair, HOWEVER they could not send me a replacement. All local stores are closed due to COVID 19, so I cannot just walk into any store to get a replacement phone so this one can be sent in for repair. I spoke to Candy (highest I could go according to her) and she would happily overnight me a phone but need to put a hold on my credit card for the amount of the phone !! Unbelievable .. They have admitted this is an Apple defect with their product, but want to put a hold on my card. She spoke Apple (she could not give me her immediate supervisor name) and they would not waive this. Had I know there was an issue with my phone, I would have upgraded before now!! I am left with no phone until can send mine in. There DO NOT take care of their customers in times of great need. If this were "normal" circumstances, I would just go to my local Verizon store... but we under an national emergency and just cannot do that. I will be getting my phone fixed and immediately getting something other than Apple. I've always been very happy with my iPhone, but today I will walk away form that because they did not take care of the customer who was in desperate need of a phone.

Send replacements to customers when your product if deffecitve without putting a hold on their credit card. It's an issue with your product, you should stand behind it and replace for free without stipulations of putting hold on customers credit cards.

Do not buy iPhone XR

I have had iPhones since the beginning, but this is the last. They are now making their backs with glass which shatters at the drop of a hat. Then when your back glass shatters Verizon claims I should have bought their case. No you shouldn't sell phones that the back shatters when they have a $40 Under Armor case. Goodbye Apple or Crapple as you are now known as to me.

Remove card from access!!!

I was charged with out consent for some stupid app for palm reader that I didnt download Ive complained and nobody will refund my $9.66 it is seriously not a lot of money but they are acting like it m asking for a million. Its ridiculous how much back and forth with this person and that person. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Waited on hold for 10 minutes.

Maybe don't download random apps that create this type of situation. Itunes doesn't just add an app then charge you. As far as the 10 minute wait seriously grow up.

Agreed...the greed and arrogance is shocking at times... They become too big to fail, and I think every day about getting rid of all of their products, just need something comparable that integrates nicely with scheduling, etc.

I’m not sure if they care, but I must take note of the fact that most of their innovations lately have been minimal and well behind the times. I’m not sure if Apple is slowly dying on the vine, but it has that feel of a legacy product that managed to hang on.

Failure to secure apple password

I've been trying to get Apple assistance with my password for days and even volunteered to go to the Apple location with my identification.....nothing they can do. This really sucks!

I have the same experience with my I phone disabled since aug 10th and was supposed to get a text to link on the 23 aug and never received the text and contacted support again support was able to get me to i tunes and download from i tunes help and could not reset my password ect. I have to wait to Sept 21 for security reasons

Iphone 7 no service program disrespects customers

My iphone 7 showed "no service". I spoke with Apple customer support, made an appointment with certified repair, was told i would receive a loaner or replacement that day if diagnostics indicated problem was related to the components covered in the program. Phone had to have cracked screen repaired ($160) before they would run diagnostics. 3 hours later, phone qualifies for the program. Sorry, no loaner phones. (They had one and it was loaned out) and it will be at least 1-2 weeks, possibly longer, for replacement pho ne to be sent back. Because i need this device for work, I had to purchase a phone for the time phone is off for repair. That a replacement wasn't overnighted for an issue clearly the fault of Apple speaks volumes about Apple's complete disregard for their customers. It has been 6 days and my repair/replacement is "processing." I have no date indicating when my replacement will arrive.

You have no idea. I did not drop this phone and break it so stop acting like you know.

I’ve dropped my other phones with the same case on them and never broken them. I’ve taken it to an Apple certified shop and they have confirmed the break is from the magnetic charger coil in the phone overheating and cracking the glass in back, but no one will take the fault in that will they?

Still on me I guess since you know I broke it! Go troll somewhere else when you know what you are talking about.
