Apple - Iphone 6 Plus Review from Jammu, Jammu And Kashmir

Apple care in India offers the worst services .... Just being polite with the customers , doesn't actually counts ... They are polite while talkin and convincing .. But Am really disappointed wid their customer care which made me at a situation where in I am left with no phone and replies from their end on writing mails also , no feedback ... Am on hold with my phone with them since almost a week now

Apple Lost my business

Apple lost my business as a customer for over 10 years. Not only have I purchased over 10K of apple products, I've advertised and sung their praises to friends, family and colleagues about how apple products are superior and just better then their competition! I've told them that Apple will support their products fully. Well this week I found out that I have misled so many people. For that I sincerely apologize. I believe that the service was there before. Now things are changing. "Apple, the new Microsoft" I say this because I've had horrible experiences dealing with customer services. Today an apple rep in Tim Cooks office basically said she didn't care if I stopped purchasing apple. She did't say that but she would not answer direct questions, I felt as if I was talking with a diplomat. I've had 4 iPhone 6 replacements in the past 4 months. Why? For different issues. First issue the earphone jack did not function....this was brand new in the box from an apple store. Apple will tell you that it goes through millions of test before it's packaged and shipped and surely it does. But, why did I have an issue the first time I plugged my headphones in? Perhaps faulty hardware. Brought it in to the store and they swapped it out for a brand new in the box iPhone 6, which worked just fine for about a month or so. Then I noticed that the screen it self was becoming loose in the chassis of the phone. Apple swapped this phone out by sending a refurbished phone in a little white coffin. If you've gone through this before you would know they put a massive hold on your credit card. This is to be expected though, no problem about this. They release the hold within a few days of you returning the phone. They even provide a return label. Much better than making an appointment and waiting around the store for 30+mins. Awesome right? Well, here's where my issue comes into play. Apple can't tell you where that phone came from. You and I know it's refurbished and if you know anything about refurbished electronics, you would know some of the issues never come to light during testing. Many people, like me, have intermittent issues. Again all apple reps including somebody from Tim Cooks office claim they don't know all of the test that the refurbished phones go through. What they tell you is they don't know if it's new or refurbished. Funny, these things have about 5 serial numbers on them. But, they claim they have no way to track them. If you receive the little white coffin replacement and experience issue, you should have the right to a repair log of that phone. Perhaps the previous owner experience the same issues. So, let me continue. This 3rd replacement worked right out of the box with in issues in the beginning but a few weeks later I noticed that the screen would not work sometimes. So, you know the routines, they sent out another. This time I'm beyond frustrated with the issues. So, I have both phone on my desk and experience issues backing the old phone up, which is a whole other apple issue in itself. I noticed the home button of the newer refurb phone seemed spongy and just didn't feel right. Comparing the two home buttons I noticed that I really didn't like the way the newer refurb phone felt. Maybe this was just me. But after 4 phones in a few months...I'm a bit perturbed to say the least. So, I call apple, the call gets escalated and I demand an explanation. I want to know why this phone was turned in for repair and would like to see the repair log. Of course apple reps claim they have no idea. I talk to a gentleman in customer relations. This guy claims they have a apple pressure test for the home button and if i take it in the apple store they have the equipment to test the home button. I wrote a letter to tcook@***.com and after a day later I received a call from a mono-toned lady that takes a while to speak after you answer your phone. Perhaps this is an issue with the phone and not related to this representative which btw may be Siri's older sister. But, I think even Siri had more personality. After sharing my conserns she told me there may be nothing she could do. She asked me to take my phone into the apple store for an evaluation and she would contact me the following day. Once I arrived to the appointment the reps quickly and politely greeted, still took the standard 30 mins of waiting around. Once the rep came he read the plethora of notes listed on my account and then asked what he could do for me. I told him that the button felt spongy and if he could pressure test the phone. He laughed and said, "there is no pressure test. Either it works or it doesn't, I can take your word for it and swap it out if you like, but it seems to work fine". I told him that he did not have to swap the phone out but if he could notate the account. Today I received the call from Siri's older sister. I don't want to put her real name here. Just would't be ethical. She told me that the rep in the store reported that the phone works just fine and there would be nothing she could do for me. Thanks apple for telling me that my business doesn't count. My question to you all is Galaxy 6S or Note?

Well I can see why you would dump Apple, you're looking for a handout for something YOU perceive as flawed yet works for everyone else. No respect to you, just like all customers you threaten to leave a company when they don't agree with you.

Good luck with your droid and syncing anything from your mac to it. I got rid of my macs when I switched to Android.

Apple 4S Charger cord getting Torn off in just an year.

I purchased Apple 4S in Dec.2013 and in just an year , Its charger cord is getting torn off from various places , may be because of Heat but its very bad thing and I am shocked with such bad quality products being delivered by Apple. At First instance i thought its may be because of mouse bite but later on analysed that its because of heat only , then I discussed the same thing with my frns they also tols the same issue with there phones so request to take necessary action and replace my phone charger. I am having snap of that also , If required I can share it. Regards Gaurav Gosain Ph. No. :- 0973124****

Earpods Review

I recently bought Apple EarPods a few days ago. They broke today. I still have a few days left on my warrant, am I able to get a new pair for free? I can only study while listening to music, and without them working, I will have a hard time studying. The cords have not been damaged nor have they gotten near water or any other hazard that could've harmed them

Apple Support sadly deteriorating !

Just bought new iMac and having Airport Express problems. Called the " support number". LONG hold. Person hung up. Second call. Long Wait. person then" put me on hold!. Tim Cook - LESS PROFITS , MORE SUPPORT please. Sickening level of profits, and no linear increase in support quality to match revenue and profit quality. FOCUS ON CUSTOMER . Mr Cook. Very sad - have a house full of Apple products and your support is not the quality it should be . You should be ashamed, Mr Cook. As a loyal long time customer, I think we deserve far better than a 20 minute wait for no problem resolution.
