Have been on hold now for an hour!!! No wait time info provided by IVR.
No ability to request a callback. Obnoxious music on hold .....intended to drive callers away???
Trying to get assistance to "wipe" a phone with a defective screen before returning it to Apple. Could not find web resources to do this. Using iTunes to erase phone requires entry of user name and PW in phone, which is impossible with defective screen!
Using "find my phone" function to wipe would likely wipe already activated replacement phone. Apple support quality (once you reach an advisor) is OK but from my experience, but APPLE TIME ON HOLD IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
Apple makes enough money (and books profits in tax shelter countries instead of the US) but refuses to adequately staff their call center!!!
