I have the same experience with my I phone disabled since aug 10th and was supposed to get a text to link on the 23 aug and never received the text and contacted support again support was able to get me to i tunes and download from i tunes help and could not reset my password ect. I have to wait to Sept 21 for security reasons

a very long time ago i purchased something from itunes. I don't even what, for $.99 per month i called, ,wrote and wrote to cancel cancel cancel. They never cancelled. Month after month they kept charging my creditcard and i kept asking to cancel. So, i cancelled the creditcard and got a new cc number. They charged to the new number before i even received the card in the mail. i had the new cc number cancelled and requested a fraud investigation. They did it again before i opened the envelope for the new card. How can they *** the new card number? over and over?

Apple just sucks and gets sucker by the minute. My latest complaint: I switched bank accounts, closing one and opening another. When I attempt to do anything now having anything to do with the Apple Store, I have to fill-in all my new debit card info, and then get a message saying my transaction has been declined. Well, my bank isn't declining anything, MasterCard shows on each one that it was approved, but Apple won't let me function and charges me $3.24 each time I try! I have around $100 of these charges from Apple, which amounts to theft, and I'm getting pissed. But here's the clencher: you cannot reach Apple support for iTunes billing. They've taken down their Website, or something. I have been growing, day by day, to hate Apple. I have had Macs since 1984 (several), and used to be the Regional Marketing Manager for the Apple lines with a large computer retailer back in the day. I am personally responsible for tens of thousands of Apple products being sold. But no more. Going to the Dark Side, because Apple, you SUCK!

What I hate about the Apple iPad Air ! The ear buds are pure junk in a fancy plastic case ! I know apple put more thought in the design of the plastic case than they did in the ear phones ! The power cord is junk ! It's only 4 feet long and last no time at all ! It's apples way of getting 20 dollars every 2 months ! And customer service is ok if you like talking to a machine for 20 min. Befor you can talk to a tech! And when you get a tech he always has to transfer you to another tech , which means you have to talk to a machine again befor you can talk to the tech ,the other tech put you on hold for and its always one problem after another ! I purchased an android for 100 dollars with more memory and have had not one single problem ! As far as I am concerned apple should be named craple ! Well I can see why you would dump Apple, you're looking for a handout for something YOU perceive as flawed yet works for everyone else. No respect to you, just like all customers you threaten to leave a company when they don't agree with you.

Good luck with your droid and syncing anything from your mac to it. I got rid of my macs when I switched to Android.
