The Apple store wasn’t as crowded as it usually is. My wife dropped of her iPhone for a battery replacement at 6:00pm.

I won’t mention that it took over a month for the battery to arrive at the store. We were told that the phone would be ready for pickup at 7:00pm. We arrived back at the store at about 7:15. We were told to sit at table were other misfortunate people were sitting waiting for the one person who was bringing 2 or 3 phones from the backroom and going through the process of returning them to the customers.

He was very thorough and took his time while doing his job.

My wife complained and one of the other Apple associates who was walking around retrieved her phone and apologized for her wait. We left the store at 8:06pm.
