I called three Apple Tech support in one day. Actually they don't know their job.

Two of them tried to solve the problem but one Tech support during trouble shooting she hanged the phone.

They took customer number before hand if get disconnected. She was very unprofessional, when she thought she cannot fix it she disconnected. hire such people who don't even know the basic mannerisms????? Her name was Valerie!!!!

They don't know their job and you don't understand your equipment. Bad combination.

Apple has been on my NO-BUY list for decades ; since their early computers that required their own, non-standard software.

The they got sued by The Beatles and I just can't think of anything less cool than that. I own stock in Apple but none of their products ...
