Brought two iPads into have a problem resolved. Arrived on time, no one in store.
The service tech was absolutely no help. The tech told my wife and I that we need to resolve our problem ourself.
I have read reviews that Apple service centers have bad reputations. We certainly agree with those reviews. Techs are no help at all (at least the one we had the displeasure of drawing).
Most of us are NOT computer Geeks, that’s why we go to get help from the pros. He talked to us as if we were computer savvy. We should have gone to the “You Tube” site.
If we could give a rating less than 1star, we would.
What really frost us is that we write reviews, but nothing ever comes from them. Our complaint falls on deaf ears
